Vegetarian - Vegan - Chay Cao Bang

Thức ăn rất tuyệt và chủ quán siêu ngọt ngào! Có thể khó tìm nhưng đừng bỏ cuộc: nó không nằm trên Phố Chính nhưng bạn cần đi qua một con phố nhỏ giữa hai tòa nhà và bạn sẽ thấy cánh cửa

Tôi thực sự khuyên bạn nên ăn tối tại nhà hàng này. Món bún do mẹ nhà nấu ngon quá. Xung quanh đó chúng tôi có một ít món khai vị cũng như món tráng miệng trong nhà. Chủ nhân thật đáng yêu. Chúng tôi đã nói chuyện rất nhiều và cô ấy cũng cho chúng tôi một số gợi ý về những việc nên làm xung quanh Cao Bằng và những món ăn chúng tôi phải thử. Chúng tôi thực sự rất thích thời gian ở đó. Đầu bếp là một phù thủy ẩm thực, người kết hợp hương vị sẽ tổ chức một bữa tiệc trong đầu bạn. Món phở là món ngon nhất tôi từng ăn ở Việt Nam, dù ăn chay hay không, và tốt cho sức khỏe nhất (đúng là mì căn).
Châu, người sẽ phục vụ đồ ăn cho bạn, nói tiếng Anh hoàn hảo và khiến tôi cảm thấy như đang ở nhà. Cô ấy cực kỳ thú vị và hiểu biết về mọi thứ ở Việt Nam. Tôi ước gì tôi có thể ở lại Cao Bằng lâu hơn để dành nhiều thời gian hơn cho cô ấy.

Chúng tôi đã có bữa trưa tuyệt vời với đội ngũ nhân viên thân thiện hơn! Đó là nơi bạn có thể ăn đồ chay tự làm (mẹ nấu và con gái phục vụ). Đây là nhà của họ và họ đang chào đón tất cả mọi người! Trải nghiệm tuyệt vời và chắc chắn sẽ giới thiệu nó ngay cả khi bạn không ăn chay:)

We found this place while searching for some vegetarian food in Cao Bang. What luck! Chau and her family are so nice. They welcomed us into their home and showed us all the great vegetarian options they have. We tried everything. So much food and all delicious. Chau even let us try their family’s homemade rice wine. She gave us tips on where to go in Cao Bang, what sites are worth seeing, and what other food to try. If you’re in the area you should definitely come here. Keep in mind it’s a small space since they are operating out of their home. There’s no sign out front but if you follow the directions you should find it. Trust us they are worth visiting!

This is a must visit place in Cao Bang! We came here off the recommendation of someone in a neighbouring hostel and ended up eating here for dinner every night we were in Cao Bang! Chau, the daughter, is an extremely friendly and witty individual who will serve you delicious food, provide travel recommendations for the area, answer pretty much any question or help you with anything you might need, and if you’re lucky enough, maybe even spend a day showing you around the area! Chau and her mother are Buddhist, so the food prepared is vegan and uses fresh and local ingredients. They served us something new every single night, absolutely fantastic!

Tastiest Pho I've tried in Vietnam! Vegan Home made recipe by the mother who knows her stuff! Vegan meat chuncks I believe was seitan (wheat based). Generous portion as we said we were hungry!:)

Delicious vegetarian meal in a traditional family home. Lovely private terrace to dine. Chau was an excellent host and spoke very good English. She also gave us great travel tips and help. Lovely experience.

This place is very special. We had a full traditional vegan vietnamese meal at a very fair price. The owner family is so friendly and helpful. Please visit them if you're in Cao bang.

It's a brand new vegan restaurant at a vegan family home in the ally. Hopefully they'll add a sign soon, but just ask if you can't find. The food is amazing. Great value. So incredibly kind and welcoming. Made my day. Don't miss coming here!
