Dịch vụ này rất nhanh chóng và chúng tôi được phục vụ bởi Angel, cô ấy rất thân thiện và lịch sự! Tôi thực sự khuyên bạn nên thử địa điểm này khi bạn ghé thăm Đà Nẵng. The Mi Quang at Nu Do Kitchen was a delicious, rich, and flavorful dish and easily one of our favorites. We also tried the fired vegan rolls here was were very unique and delicious. The dishes were plated beautifully. The setting of restaurant is of a nice house where you can see the MasterChef apron in display and the service was very friendly. Highly recommend giving this place a try in your stay in Da Nang.

I walked in right when they opened at 8am! They were sweet and quick to prepare the snakehead fish noodles. WOW! WOW. WOW. WOW. Tastes amazing. Need to go back again before I leave. Oh, vietnamese coffee also VERY tasty!

The staff was friendly enough… but I bought two oil paintings from a local artist and when I asked for help shipping them home (a completely normal request at any hotel in the world of this caliber) they brought in some guy who quoted me $250 to ship two pounds of canvas, rolled up with no urgency at all. I laughed and walked away. The next hotel I went to had it done for $40 and handled the whole thing for me.

Part of accommodating tourists is to help them contribute to the local economy by buying stuff which often needs to be shipped. Being unable to help with that is a HUGE oversight for a hotel.

Best Mì Quảng shop in Đà Nẵng so far.
I ordered Snakehead fish noodle and it was really delicious. The spice, the tender meat, and the noodle is just perfect. The nature and vintage vibe makes your eating experience totally different from other Mì Quảng shop.

Tuyết Phạm - the owner, recommended me to take Snakehead fish because she knew I would love the curry spice as a Malaysian. She is friendly and actively care about your dining experience, which is great! The service staffs are polite and have good smile.

As a Masterchef titled shop, for sure the price would be more expensive, it's around triple from the other Mì Quảng. To me though, it's definitely worth it. The price is reasonable to satisfy your weekly Mì Quảng cravings. I will definitely come back to try different noodle dishes.

Best Quang noodle I’ve had so far. Very nice portions and high quality ingredients. The meats are good cuts and the vegetables are very fresh. Even the coffee was above average. Make sure you read the chef’s story on the menu. We went during Covid so we were the only guests. It was still a great experience. An enjoyable, quiet atmosphere of a tiny street.

It’s the cutest little spot with amazing and flavorful Mi Quang.
It’s a great experience. The owner, Tuyet, is very welcoming, happy and passionate about her Mi Quang.
This is literally the best Mi Quang I have tried!
I love this place and will continue to visit.

I had the pleasure of connecting with Carol, the chef and owner of Nu Do and she invited us to come check out her restaurant.

Carol has a beautiful story about her life journey and I highly recommend you take a few minutes to read through it on her menu. I'm sure if she's there, she'd probably sit down at your table and tell you herself!

And that same story is captured in the bowl of noodles you'll eat. You'll likely have run into Mi Quang already and it's obvious that Carol's bowl of noodles is something special. Complex and simple at the same time with intention behind every flavor and spice.

And having this dish at her home (literally) feels like going to a friend's house.

I really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere at Nu Do. Will definitely be a place I'll return to any time I'm in Da Nang.

Flavour sensation is amazing. The food is always fresh and tasty. Service is quick and attentive. Its my local go to place for a really delicious meal. They also have an delicious vegeterian option. My favourite restaurant in da nang and top 3 in vn.

Disappointed. My friend and I came to the restaurant with lots of expectation. However, it was a bit overrated. We ordered vegan noodle and fish noodle. The taste and the look dont have anything special given a masterchef titled kitchen. The vegetables which are the main ingredient and soul of noodle are too little and lack of flavor. I hoped the restaurant could elevate traditional Quang noodle but it cannot.

I am so lucky to know this noodle place of chef Tuyet. A must try place for authentic noodle. Quite area, good place to have chats with your friends.

Thực sự rất ngon và đáng để thử, đắt nhưng sắt ra miếng, mình cảm nhận được sự tận tâm của đầu bếp trong món ăn, đặc biệt chị chủ quán sẽ nấu sau khi bạn gọi món, nên bạn sẽ có thời gian tận hưởng không gian quán. Thịt gà, cá lóc và thịt bò thật sự là một sự khác biệt với những tô mì quảng đơn thuần, với những tín đồ ẩm thực thì đây là một nơi đáng thử một lần trong đời.

Highly recommend! Mi quang is really nice, the ingredients fresh, and the noodles are very soft. Comfortable atmosphere, quiet and many plants. Service is excellent! They are super happy to share their expertise and tell you a bit about the food. As we left we were even given really cute face masks. Will be back!
