Found this homemade bakery 2 years ago and keep using their services since, the bread is very healthy and 100% sourdough, this is my hubby fave breakfast that he could eat every morning! Thank you to Ms Me that always trying To provide warm breads for us! Highly recommended this homemade bakery!
It's great that I went to Da Nang and found a shop that makes sourdough bread with the best European standards in Da Nang and Hoi An, I will come back.

We love their bread! We are very lucky to find them during this pandemic as our usual bakery is closed. And OMG, I do not know we’ve been missing so much! We love their brioche, croissants and baguette! We have tried a few bakery in Da Nang, this is so far the best we had tried, we are becoming a regular and ordering them since then! Definitely recommended.
I have seen The Bakery on Facebook and the bagels looked really good. So I gave them a try and ordered some bagels, brioche, and croissants. I’m glad I did because it was delicious. I must say the bagels are up there with some of the best I have ever had. Very properly chewy. I will be enjoying my lox and bagels with these from now on. My wife has been making bagels for me but I’m sorry to say that these are much better. I was pleasantly surprised when the owner came in person to deliver them for me to say hello. What a nice gentleman and a talented baker. Please try the Bakery and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Bakery. I will be ordering again soon.
I had a craving for a bagel. While perusing "The Bakery" website I discovered sourdough baguettes. I ordered both the bagels and baguettes. I'm extremely satisfied with both. Be warned: "The Bakery" could be habit forming, as their products are delicious as well as wholesome. Bravo. I'll be back.
