Lúc đầu, Kikis gây ấn tượng tốt, họ rất tử tế, hữu ích và đưa ra mức giá hợp lý như bất kỳ dịch vụ cho thuê nào khác, tuy nhiên sau một số nhầm lẫn với giấy phép lái xe quốc tế và cảnh sát (tham nhũng), họ đã sử dụng lời khai của chúng tôi (750'000 Đồng) để Họ đã tự mình trả nợ cho cảnh sát khi chúng tôi đang truy lùng, mặc dù chúng tôi không yêu cầu họ làm bất cứ điều gì như vậy và không cho chúng tôi biết bất cứ điều gì về việc đó cho đến khi những chiếc xe đạp được trả lại. Cuối cùng, điều này để lại vị đắng và có vẻ giống như một trò lừa đảo vì họ không có bất kỳ bằng chứng nào cho hành động/khoản thanh toán của mình.

Lúc đầu, họ rất thân thiện và giúp chúng tôi có được xe máy. Đáng buồn là người chịu trách nhiệm lại là con trai (tôi nghĩ) của chủ sở hữu và không hề có động cơ. Một trong những chiếc xe máy không có đèn hoạt động, điều mà chúng tôi phát hiện ra sau ngày thứ 3. Đáng tiếc là đã quá muộn để quay lại và thay thế nó. Không vấn đề gì, chúng tôi đã dừng lái xe vào buổi tối. Khi chúng tôi quay lại, họ đã gạt chúng tôi ra, vì chúng tôi phải trả thêm một khoản phí (tổng cộng là 80 đô la) mà không cần biên nhận hay bất cứ thứ gì. Vì họ đã có tiền đặt cọc của chúng tôi nên chúng tôi không thể làm gì được.
Còn rất nhiều công ty cho thuê khác rất thông cảm:) chỉ cần không thèm đến Kiki

IMPORTANT: They always charge you for the number of days you need the motorbike +1 extra day. Be very careful and read the contract which they want you to sign right away without explaining anything. They also don’t speak any English.

They were extremely helpful and kind. They helped us with planning the trip, e.g. How long different parts of the route we can do in a day and where to stay. The motorcycle was very good and looked after. We also were able to leave extra baggage with them (do not take extra bags, not worth it). Most importantly after we came back they booked us the overnight bus and there were showers to clean up and get ready.

Strongly recommended, the staff here is really helpful (with whatever request or question you have besides renting a bike) and friendly. There’s a daily tour starting in the morning each day from here, scheduled for 3 days to complete the Ha Giang loop (they arrange the tour guide, food and accomodation). I think it’s worth considering if you dont feel that safe going by yourself or not fully prepared with a plan for the loop.

Apart from renting a bike there’s a great accomodation in Kiki’s House with free breakfast and tasty coffee. The staff can easily help you arrange the transport, buy tickets which can be cheaper than buying online them online on 12go.

The owner Giang, (able to speak English and Chinese) is very helpful with travel information. The motorbike I rented is very good condition.
Giang had even offer me to bath and rest at the room free while waiting for the sleeper bus I engaged to arranged.
I would strongly recommend Kiki motorbikes for any travellers to Ha Giang region.

Best rental for bikes and great staff for rooms. They also parnter with w6 basecamp a dedicated campsite with tents next to the waterfall.

Great hostel in a lovely location. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Food on site is excellent. I recommend!

I had an amazing experience at KiKi! Staff is super friendly (especially Marky he is such a homie) and the rooms are super clean! Plus you get free breakfast with your stay and everything you would need to complete the loop. Would recommend Kiki to anyone, if I could give this place 10 stars I would!
