Khách sạn tuyệt vời không xa Nhà thờ lớn Hà Nội, một khu vực có nhiều cửa hàng, nhà hàng và quán bar. Phòng không tì vết, phòng tắm rộng rãi, giường rất thoải mái. Các nhân viên rất tốt bụng và lịch sự, luôn nở nụ cười. Chúng tôi sẽ trở lại!

Chúng tôi đã có một kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời ở đây, các nhân viên thật tuyệt vời, rất thân thiện và hữu ích, đặc biệt là Nhi và nam lễ tân (tôi không thể nhớ tên anh ấy, xin lỗi! Nhưng anh ấy rất tuyệt)

Vị trí tốt trong phố cổ

Một khách sạn đẹp nằm trong khu phố cổ, dễ dàng đi đến khu vực hồ Tây. Chúng tôi đã có một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời. Mọi thứ đều như mong đợi ngoại trừ dịch vụ của họ - thật phi thường! Đến nỗi họ đã gửi hành lý của tôi mà tôi để lại trên taxi đến sân bay. Các phòng được trang trí trang nhã, giường rất thoải mái và dịch vụ dọn phòng tuyệt vời.

Vị trí thuận tiện. Thật dễ dàng để đi bộ đến Phố Train. Beakfask thật tuyệt vời. Đôi khi khoảng 7h sáng không còn đủ bàn cho khách ở Beakfask. Đi lúc 6h30 sáng để ăn sáng là tốt nhất.

Những người làm việc tại khách sạn thực sự rất tốt (đặc biệt đề cập đến Tommy), hữu ích và chu đáo. Các phòng được trang trí hiện đại, có giường thoải mái. Vị trí rất tuyệt, gần khu phố cổ Hà Nội, có rất nhiều thứ để làm xung quanh. Bữa sáng rất ngon, có đủ lựa chọn. Hoàn toàn được khuyến khích.

Phòng sạch sẽ, giá tốt, nhân viên thân thiện. Tầng G được bố trí rất nhiều góc để sống ảo. Nằm ngay quận Hoàn Kiếm nên nhộn nhịp và nhiều tiện ích

Clean room, good price, friendly staff. The G floor is arranged with many corners for virtual living. Located right in Hoan Kiem district, so it's bustling and has many facilities

I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel during my visit to HANOI. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warmth and exceptional hospitality that continued throughout my entire stay. Rooftop bar is amazing, you also get free cookies and high tea in afternoon, I must say that my experience was nothing short of amazing, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious stay.

After booking on Agoda, the hotel reached out to me through Whatsapp and was very responsive throughout when i had queries and wanted to book a pick up car from the airport and also a tour to Halong Bay. We were warmly greeted by Justin, the manager who briefed us on our stay such as the breakfast, tea and the room! They also provided a very helpful map and tips for tourists. The room was decent for the price and it came with a small fruit bowl. The pick up and drop off for the cruise were very smooth and they even offered to help us keep our luggage at the hotel during the 2d1n cruise. We felt really taken care of and it was an amazing stay! Thank you.

Had an amazing experience here at Acoustic hotel, the welcome drinks and introduction from the Hotel Manager Justin was great, he gave great tips and information about our stay, I arrived into a surprise, as they decorated the bed with roses and Swan towel, and a delicious birthday cake.
Breakfast had a nice selection of intercontinental and Vietnamese food. And some hot food on the menu.
The room was nice and clean, comfy bed, spacious room, space to open two large suitcases.
Lobby felt glamorous to walk through. Welcome fruit is also a nice touch.

Service was excellent! The staff were so friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived to when we checked out. Booked the hotel taxi to the airport too and my was it luxurious. A steal for the price!
The room was smaller than we expected but clean and cushy. We stayed in the suite with city view that came with a nice bathtub - very soothing for the cold weather when we were there.
The hotel offers free high tea for their guests from 3.30-5.30pm - it’s pretty basic, nothing special, but a nice touch to enjoy if you’re in at the time. They also have a happy hour from I think 3.30-6.30pm. We didn’t try this as my partner doesn’t drink and the offer buy 2 get 1 free was too much for me before dinner. But the rooftop bar area did look nice and chill.
Location is a bit further out from where the main attractions are, but still within walking distance.

The cleaning could be better, but the staff at the reception and breakfast were very helpful. I had to work all the time and the staff at the reception helped me order food so I could keep working. The facilities might need some work, and if other guest are loud in the hallway, it's easy to hear it all in the room.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. They gave us a free room upgrade even without asking and also helped us check in a little early. The staff is very hospitable and rooms were super clean and spacious. The rooftop skybar with a Jacuzzi is one of the assets of this property. Location was apt too at a walking distance from Hoan Kiem Lake area.

Nice staff. Rooms were big. Breakfast was good. Only negative was air conditioning thermostat didn’t really control the unit. It was either on or off.

Great and very nicely designed hotel in Old Town Hanoi. We stayed here for two nights during our trip to Hanoi and have really enjoyed our time here. Everything within the old town is in walking distance and the Acoustic hotel offers a nice retreat from the hectic and loud city. A free afternoon tea is offered daily on the top floor with some nice views. The rooms are big, well equipped and have a beautiful classic style. Above all, the staff here is highly professional, super nice and everybody speaks English very well. Big thanks to Justin and the entire team who made our stay so great and rememberable. They even offered us a place to rest for a few hours after we had returned from our tour to Ha Giang Loop late at night and were waiting for our transport in the morning.

Very good for low budget and for those who spend most of their days in doing business, and come back for rest.

Khách sạn gần trung tâm, nhiều quán ăn ngon. Phòng thường nhỏ, nhưng có bancony, sạch sẽ, ấm cúng và bài trí đẹp. Mình đi đợt tháng 11/2020, giá giảm nên mạnh dạn đặt phòng family, rộng và thoải mái, smart TV. Các Bar trên tầng thượng đang đóng vì Covid nhưng nhân viên hổ trợ mở đèn khi khách cần lên ngồi ngắm cảnh. Nhân viên thân thiện và được huấn luyện tốt. Bên cạnh khách sạn có quán xôi siêu ngon (Đi từ KS ra thì bên trái). Mình ở 3 ngày sáng đều ăn xôi ở đây.
