Nhà hàng Việt Nam tuyệt vời với tầm nhìn ra hồ. Đừng ngần ngại lên tầng 6 (có thang máy), view và trang trí rất xứng đáng. Thức ăn rất tuyệt vời và nhân viên chu đáo. Cảm ơn LENI vì lòng tốt và nụ cười của anh ấy.

Món ăn không có gì đặc biệt! Thái độ phục vụ cũng chán! Trải nghiệm quá tồi tệ! Không bao giờ quay lại đây!

Không gian nhà hàng sang trọng, mình đi buổi sáng nên ngồi trong nhà sẽ mát hơn là ngồi ngoài trời, đồ ăn ngon, phục vụ chuyên nghiệp. Tổng thể khá ổn và mình sẽ quay lại.

We ordered hotpot soup with chickens for 2 people and basically all we got was basil mushrooms and noodles. There was only bone on the chicken literally 6 chicken nuggets from MC would have more meat. Everything was overpriced and they didn't have 50% of the things they had on the menu. We left still hungry and very disappointed. Unfortunately we cannot recommend it.

My family of four dined in this restaurant on 9th March. We called, made bookings after being assured that they can cater to one of us who is a vegetarian. The service was chaotic and food mostly above average! We ordered a fried vegetarian noodle for our vegetarian guest but what arrived was plain white noodle! I hv never had such an experience in any restaurant in vietnam before

Food is good, staff is very slow and forgetful. View would be great, if the windows were clean.
It is very unlikely that we will come back or recommend.

Food was lovely, but service was a mess, and experience quality has declined. Super beat-up menus and plastic bowls. I asked for a fork (a friend was visiting from abroad and struggled with chopsticks) 3 times over 10 minutes. The entire wine menu (all bottles, all glasses, red, white) is “out of stock today” — not sure what’s going on. Used to come here regularly for work events and wouldn’t repeat until I’ve tried it on my own again to see if problems resolved.

Came in at 3: 30pm. No staff or customers. Walked around saw a few cleaners but no one to seat us or order

Went here for lunch without a reservation and managed to get a table right away by the window overlooking the lake! Amazing food with professional service! Would highly recommend all the dished we ordered. Started off with their spring rolls and banana heart chicken salad. Mains were the pork neck and lemongrass beef!

It is no longer Cau Go restaurant. It became a hot pot restaurant which is bad taste.

We stumbled upon this restaurant in 2014 while visiting Hanoi. The food, atmosphere and view were absolutely fabulous. We returned several times during our stay.

Beautiful view, good service, delicious food. Highly recommend for tourists, the price is a quitr expensive for local people.

Rude and abnoxious manager. Only person in the place and they brought lemon juice too sweet. Asked for no sugar, they refused so paid and left. They could not be bothered with customer service!

Cau go là quán ăn toạ lạc tại Hồ Gươm, Hà Nội, nằm tại tầng 6 của ở đường Cầu Gỗ. Do vị trí tại tầng 6 nên view cực kỳ đẹp, thích hợp cho các đoàn du lịch trong nước và khách quốc tế.

Lần đầu mình tới quán (theo đoàn), do không thông thuộc địa thế tại Hà Nội nên khá là khó khăn để kiếm quán. Tại cửa ra vào không có bảng hiệu bắt mắt để hướng dẫn khách, may mà có bạn hướng dẫn viên du lịch (không thì tiêu). Hơn thế nữa, thang máy và lối đi bộ khá nhỏ (với người mập như mình thì chỉ đủ 2-3 người). Do đó, cần tìm hiểu trước khi đến nha.

Khi mình bước lên quán, ấn tượng đầu tiên là view Hồ Gươm cực đẹp, cách bài trí đơn giản nhưng sang trọng (các bạn đi sẽ biết). Đối với những ai thích chụp hình, selfie thì địa điểm này hơi bị hot hot nha.

Đến phần đồ ăn, menu của đoàn mình gồm 8 món (ăn ngập mặt). Tuy nhiên, thứ tự món ăn lại lung tung, tạo cảm giác lạc trôi huhu.

Mình mong sẽ có cơ hội quay lại Cau Go, để thưởng thức các món ăn đặc sắc, phong phú và đa dạng.

Authentic Vietnamese cuisine. A panorama view of Hoan Kiem Lake. Quite knowledgeable and attentive servers. Suitable for business use too.

Extremely bad service.we waited 2 hours only had appetizers and then we got angry. We asked to cancel everything and then were ready to leave. The staff did not even apologize and scoffed at my family. We are going to email the manager for a full refund.

Food was okay, but you’re mainly paying for the location and view. I felt the waitress was a bit pushy, trying to get me to order more.

Great food, great service and dishes come out fresh and quick with very little wait. And an awesome view to boot

Wonderful view and chic layout. Staff were friendly even with walk ins. Food was good, and the drips were fantastic. Will go again!
