Đã tham gia một lớp học khi tôi ở Hà Nội và đó là một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời. Huấn luyện viên và người phụ nữ ở buổi tiếp tân rất tốt bụng. Muốn giới thiệu cho bất cứ ai đến Hà Nội!:)

Đó là trải nghiệm ghé thăm nước ngoài đầu tiên của tôi và tôi rất thích nó. Các nhân viên đã rất thân thiện. Nhưng tôi đoán tôi cần phải giỏi tiếng Anh. Trong hộp chủ yếu có người phương Tây.

I was in Hanoi for work and needed a place to work out. I contacted Cross Fit Tay Ho via email and they were very welcoming and offered a day pass rate for me. When I arrived they gave me a quick tour, had great shower facilities and even let me plug in my iPhone to listen to my play list. The few other members that I spoke with during the open gym time were very friendly. I would highly recommend CrossFit Tay Ho to any athletes who need a place to lift in Hanoi.

Great gym, everyone is so friendly and the workouts are so fun you hardly realize how hard they are until your done! The coaches are really encouraging and always help scale the workout to suit all abilities!

I had a great time at CrossFit Tay Ho. They are very welcoming. Joined a class for a drop in where we met some nice people, and after we were able to do an open box session. It's a really nice sized box, organized, clean and I recommend it!
