Tried to buy Garmin Fenix 5x in this shop. Checked availability online and even called to the shop to ask do they have it or not, they said that it's in stock. I came to the shop at the same day in the evening and found that it's not available, and there are only Garmin Fenix 5x PLUS, newer version with 200$ higher price.
I just lost an hour of my life.
Awful customer service.

Mua loa ở đây, do vội k kiểm tra về mới thấy bị thiếu phụ kiện, nhìn hộp còn k đc mới nữa. Nghĩ quả này ngu rồi, đưa ra mà ngta ko bh thì cũng phải chịu vì thiếu sót cũng phần mình. Thế nhưng đem ra được đổi ngày 1 cái mới mà k hỏi han chất vấn gì. Quá ưng hậu mãi ở đây luôn, có dịp sẽ tiếp tục ủng hộ.

Most probably the best electronics & photography store in Hanoi. Well stocked with the major brands - Apple, Sony, Canon, Samsung, Manfrotto, GoPro, Bang & Olufsen et al. Staff are (generally) well versed (in english) on product information. Competitive pricing.

The worst company to buy and get the bill to get the VAT refund at the airport they just gave a fake bill which you can't get the VAT refund. Call them they dont gave any possibles solutions

Dịch vụ khách hàng rất kinh khủng! Mình đến đặt hàng trước, hẹn sẽ gọi điện, nhân viên gọi có hàng rồi, nhưng sau khi đến thì lại bảo lỡ bán mất rồi. Thật không thể chấp nhận được. Sẽ không có khách hàng nào chấp nhận được câu trả lời như thế

I have bought a headset there but it had a problem so I took it back to fix or change it. They said we would fix or change this headset and we would inform you. Almost a month has passed but they didn't inform me. So they are not reliable and and their products are fake I think.

Great store for Canon and Sony cameras and gear. Professional service but not all staff has strong knowledge about their gear. I would give 5 start if they where better able to provide advise and they expanded their inventory in more specialized photography gear such as Panorama and video gear.

I had a hard time finding a replacement battery for my camera in Hanoi. Digiworld had what I needed!

I bought an apple branded Type C power adapter and cable for my 2017 Macbook 12 inch. Had to have. Leaving on tour tomorrow and need to get photos off camera. The cost was comparable and I got it immediately. I could have waited I guess and found an after market cable in Hong Kong when I go in June and tried to use the flaky type C power adapter I had bought in the states. They helped find the adapter and cable and it all turned out good.

The service is atrocious, but that's normal for Vietnam (or Hanoi at least). If it's something you really need, they're out of stock - but they have the version that's six times more expensive.

Friendly staff with enough english skills to communicate. They repaired the display of our Olympus OM-D M5 Mark II

Went to the one in hang khai, Tù was really nice and helpful. I bought a gopro6 for a good price (compared to Europe and other shops I saw in Vietnam). I totally forgot to ask about the VAT certificate to get some money back at the airport and they didn't mention it, so I can't talk about this point. Otherwise I'm satisfied.

Phục vụ nhiệt tình chu đáo mua cái chân chọn tòa loe cả 2 tiếng mà nhân viên vẫn nhiệt tình vui vẻ đi lấy hết cái này tơis cái khác cho mình chọn. Bản thân mua đồ rất nhiều nơi nhưng thấy cửa hàng này nhiệt tình nhất trong các chuỗi cửa hàng điện tử mình đã mua. Đặc biệt đồ ở đây nguồn gốc rõ ràng đảm bảo chất lượng không bị hàng nhái hàng hồng kông trộn vào.

These guys give out fake VAT refund forms as per other people who have posted in this thread. Don’t trust them.
