Hanoi HM Boutique Hotel

May mắn thay chúng tôi chỉ ở một đêm tại khách sạn này. Đầu tiên, sự chào đón không mấy thân thiện có vẻ như chúng tôi đang làm phiền. Người khuân vác đang nghịch điện thoại, không chịu khó mở cửa cho bạn. Lũ kiến ​​đang xâm nhập vào phòng. Phòng cách âm rất kém, khiến việc ngủ trong đó trở thành cơn ác mộng. Từ các món ngon từ rau củ, tôi có thể nói rằng bữa sáng tự chọn chưa đạt yêu cầu. Tôi hiểu hương vị có thể không giống ẩm thực Ấn-Trung nhưng bên ngoài khách sạn này, mọi nơi hương vị đều ngon hơn và các lựa chọn có sẵn đều ngang bằng.

Big rooms, great rooftop. Excellent value for money, it’s a real steal. Fab location in old quarter too. My only negative is on the breakfast. The space is too small, much of the food was cold as it wasn’t on heated containers and on arrival at 7: 40am, a number of items had run out. I presumed these would be replenished as breakfast didn’t end until 9am but this didn’t happen, leaving the options decimated. Please replenish the food so all visitors can choose! Thanks for having me:)

Location is ideal for many Indian restaurants, coffee shops and street shopping in the Old quarter.
The family room had 2 single bed and 1 double bed. Room and bathroom was clean.
Even though the staff didn't know English well, they did their best service.
When we left at 5 am to the airport, they packed bread jam and fruits for our breakfast.

This hotel is absolutely HORRIBLE. The best advice I can give is: Please do not ever book here. Breakfast consists of the cheapest sandwich available in the shop next door (priced at 1€), which is given to you to eat in your room - There is no restaurant in the hotel. Hotel staff is rude and dont speak any English - not even a word. The hotel is very dirty and uncomfortable. They use the reception to store motorbikes at night! This hotel cannot be even compared to the lowest quality B&B in Europe.

Scammers. Don’t book this hotel, once you get there, they might say the price was wrong and ask for much more money otherwise you will lose the money you already paid online. That’s what happened to me and I also asked them to cancel my booking to get a refund but they didn’t even though they promised they did.

Scam alert We reached the hotel and they told us their prices on Agoda were wrong and asked to pay much more than what we’d already paid online otherwise they wouldn’t give us the room and asked us to cancel. After complaining and telling them that at least they had to cancel for us otherwise we would even lose the money we paid, they finally agreed to cancel but we didn’t get any updates from Agoda and they said we’d just have to wait a little. The next day we didn’t get any emails from Agoda, I checked the booking status and it showed completed. They did not even cancel our booking hoping that we would leave the city and pocket our money. We went back to the hotel and they were so embarrassed. Be careful booking this hotel might be a nightmare.

Even i reserved i room with city view, my room dont have window. For change the room they request more money.

Khách sạn với vị trí tuyệt vời, mất 1 phút đi bộ đã ra tới hồ Hoàn Kiếm. Phòng view trọn hồ, là trung tâm khu vui chơi ăn uống. Được ngắm pháo hoa từ tầng 11 là dấu ấn không thể quên!

Great Stay!

The rooms are standard, however, the staff are more than exceptional!
Ricky (the manager) went above and beyond to assist my sister and i to book multiple tours, and made it a priority to find us the best price through reputable company’s!
Vanessa (receptionist) is incredible! She made sure our dietary requirements were met every time we dined in the restaurant. She also took time out of her day to show us around Hanoi where we dipped into some local cuisine. She is more than we could have ever ask for and we are extremely grateful for her kindness and great hosting skills!
The final staff member that really made a shining impact on us was Anh (restaurant staff). We would be greeted every morning for breakfast with a bright smile and she assisted us as much as she could and she was always on top of dietary requirements.

I highly recommend staying here, you won’t be disappointed!

Cute boutique hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are modern, and the location is tough to beat. You’re in the middle of the action so it does get a little loud but if you can deal with that, I highly recommend HM Boutique.

We enjoyed our three nights with HM Boutique Hotel. Whilst our check-in didn't go as smoothly due to plumbing issues they bent over backwards to make sure we were not put off by it. Ricky the Hotel Manager was very nice and couldn't do enough for us! The room was nice, bed was more on the firm side. Breakfast we felt was a little lacking. The quality of food was not at a boutique standard as the name suggests. We often had to request things which had run out. Tables were not cleared quick enough and had to wait. This is all compared to another stay in Hanoi on the same trip. Nice view from breakfast though.

Great hotel and location. The rooms were nice and clean, and it’s right in the heart of the old quarter in Hanoi. The staff was pleasant, and were always willing to help. My only complaint is that it was a bit noisy and we were awoken a couple of times by the action outside. Otherwise, great hotel and I highly recommend!

Very friendly staff, belum sempat duduk dah offer snacks and Vietnam tea sementara check in process clear by receptionist. Right in the middle of the old quarter, a lots of mat salleh hanging around seems legit place for tourist. Nice and spacious room with hot showers.

This is a 3* Boutique that lives up to higher expectations. Nice, clean rooms and friendly staff.

Wonderful stay without any hiccups. English with staff is a challenge, but that is generally an issue throughout Vietnam.

Ideally located in the Old Quarter of Vietnam, amongst all local eateries and bargain Shopping location. Streets are closed to motor vehicles on weekends due to street markets and entertainment etc.

We checked out over a weekend and the Hotel Manager personally carried our luggage to the next block that was accessible to our transfer vehicle.

A great hotel to stay and eat. It's right in the middle of the old Quarters and is at close proximity to most of the major extra attractions. We booked the hotel through a tour operator. We spent one day and night at HM Boutique Hotel.
The hotel is designed in Victorian Architecture style. Clean, spacious, and well-lit rooms, panelled with wooden floors and white walls. Our room even had a nice balcony with a view of the Old Quarters' streets. Our bathroom had a nice big bath tub with all the necessities and accessories. The breakfast was complimentary and spanned continental and Asian cuisine. Soup, fresh vegetables and fruits, bread, croissant, baguette tea, coffee, and juice. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and considerate. They offered to upgrade our room at no extra cost, considering a special request
A great experience in all aspects. Would definitely recommend the hotel for all it's attractions.
