Địa điểm dễ tiếp cận, nằm ở trung tâm. Tuy diện tích nhỏ nhưng sản phẩm đa dạng, phong phú. Giá cả vừa phải. Không khí mua sắm khá dễ chịu, thoải mái.

This is a good supermarket for western items. It's got a decent selection of things you won't find in local markets.

Wide range of products of all categories at reasonable price. Sadly the service attitude of the staff could be improved a lot and applies to meat, fruit counters or anywhere in the shop.
Do not go in a hurry as they often open just one checkout counter though plenty of their employees are standing and talking regardless of a long queue.

Probably one of the better supermarkets that we have found in Hanoi. Three storeys of produce and a fourth floor with a very modest bathroom but it served its purpose. There is a lift you can use to take a trolley to levels two and three. Fourth floor is stairs only. Good variety of Vietnamese and imported goods and loads of freshly cut and ready-to-eat fruits in the refrigerated section including jackfruit (durian) and dragonfruit. We loved our haul of limited edition Vietnamese chocolates, crackers, Pokemon candies and soft special release drink varieties like coke and pepsi!

Mình thích đi chợ ở Intimex hơn Lotte. Thứ nhất là không phải gửi xe dưới hầm. Thứ 2 là không đông bằng Lotte, cả vào cuối tuần cũng không hề phải chen chúc nhau. Thứ 3 và cái này là quan trọng nhất, Intimex thực sự có nhiều mặt hàng đa dạng hơn Lotte rất nhiều và giá thì lại rẻ hơn. Và thứ 4 đó là rau ở đây tươi hơn ở Lotte. Đây là kinh nghiệm mình đã thu thập được sau khi ở khu gần với cả 2 bên và đã từng đi chợ rất nhiều lần ở cả 2 đủ để so sánh.
