Nơi tốt để ở cho những người đi du lịch một mình hoặc theo nhóm và kết bạn tốt. Môi trường thân thiện tốt đẹp trong ký túc xá. Trung tâm thành phố có mọi thứ gần đó.

Vị trí vững chắc để ở tại Hà Nội. Thanh tuyệt vời và nhân viên thân thiện. Rất khuyến khích.

Chúng tôi có một phòng riêng đôi - giường thoải mái và vị trí trung tâm tuyệt vời. Sự rung cảm không tuyệt vời đối với một nhà nghỉ và quầy bar dài mỏng khiến việc giao tiếp và gặp gỡ mọi người trở nên khó khăn.

Ký túc xá tốt nhất ở Hà Nội, thật tuyệt vời,
Nó có mọi thứ bạn cần và hơn thế nữa.
Có rất nhiều phòng,
Nó có một quầy bar, một phòng trò chơi với hồ bơi và trò chơi bóng bàn,
Ở tầng trên cùng có phòng xem TV với máy tính, còn có sân thượng với chỗ ngồi và tầm nhìn tuyệt vời.
Các nhân viên thật tuyệt vời và hữu ích,
Không thể yêu cầu một ký túc xá tốt hơn.

Nexy Hostel là nơi dừng chân của tôi khi tôi khám phá miền bắc. Đội ngũ nhân viên thật đáng kinh ngạc và tài sản lớn nhất của ký túc xá từ nhân viên pha chế đến nhân viên lễ tân! Họ đã giúp tôi lên kế hoạch và tổ chức những trải nghiệm và chuyến tham quan khó quên! Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại

Nơi tuyệt vời để ở nếu bạn đồng ý với chỗ ở kiểu ký túc xá. Giường siêu thoải mái, nhân viên tuyệt vời cực kỳ thân thiện và hữu ích. Tôi rất muốn giới thiệu.

I stayed there for the night of 22 and 23 Match this year. Even though there's air-conditioning in the dorm, it went off after 1 hour so my roommates and I had to keep asking for AC to have it powered on (at least 4 times in total for the night). My roommates and I had no control over AC. I get that that electricity bills are part of their business consideration but that day of my stay was over 33°c and there're 8 guests in the same dorm (full dorm). If you use the curtain of your cubicle, it's practically a sauna. No window in the dorm. The staff brought in an electric fan but took it away not long after. No fan was installed in the dorm. No air circulation. I eventually had a heatstroke because of the dorm which then led to diarrhea for a few days (even after checkout) that I had to visit pharmacy for medication. No change of room/upgrade was offered. Struggling to sleep due to temperature, I cancelled my sightseeing plan for the following day and would rather stay in bed but the hostel's policy of no air-conditioning between 11am and 5pm was a deal breaker. Staff showed minimal understanding of the situation. My time in Hanoi was ruined because of Nexy Hostel.

If you value your health, stay elsewhere.

If I could give a 0-star rating, I most definitely would.

Private room. Ok place. Room seemed clean. Nice team. But drainage in the wet room wasn’t effective and the whole wet room and toilet would be out of use for a while after a quick shower. Extremely annoying.

Great hostel. Super location and good staff. Our room was unbelievably tiny and had 8 people but the beds were still brilliant.

The 8 bed dorm I was in was the smallest room I have ever stayed in. Absolutely claustrophobic. Literally 2 square meters of floor space for 8 people is just ridiculous. One person was packing there backpack on the floor and it wouldn't be possible to enter or exit the room anymore for another person. That was unfortunately not what was pictured on the photo when I booked.

Communal areas are nice, bede are comfortable and bathrooms were clean.

I stayed at Nexy Living rather than Nexy Hostel, so I can’t comment on the facilities inside the hostel itself, however I can say that the staff are friendly and knowledgeable (great recommendations for food for example), the entry area is comfortable and clean with places to sit, and they also offered free walking tours (though we did visit some sites that required payment and then there was tipping of the guide at the end - which was a little weird for us given we are from Australia and don’t tip for things let alone a free thing, but hey, they were lovely and social pressure is a thing…).

The downside is that people who want to smoke do so on the front steps in the way of everyone coming and going from the hostel. Which is a bit annoying.

Wonderful hostel. Friendly and helpful staff. Dorms were clean and spacious with very strong aircon. The cold aircon was such a welcome relief as Hanoi was so hot and humid during my stay. I slept so well. The atmosphere was very homely and social. Will stay again for sure.

The hostel is great but ️️ DO NOT DO THE LAUNDRY HERE! ️️ It came out really messed up and we had to hand fold and straighten everything ourselves.
The staff was not helpful as well just said the clothes weren’t damaged so it fine and after a lot of talking they refunded half of the price which did not matter at the end

The location is perfect. Right near Hoan Kiem, and right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Right on that street is a nice dessert place that has traditional Vietnamese desserts. The rooms are decent for the price. The view from the top floor is incredible. It also has a nice bar where you can meet people who are also staying there. A lot of cool and friendly people stay here. They also host food tours of Hanoi as well. It s a good hostel to meet people while being in one of the best locations in Hanoi. Would recommend.

Near perfect hostel, cozy, good air conditioning, clean, near central area. Only downside is the sewage smell, which can be negated by closing your door

Really wonderful hostel, located right in the heart of Hanoi's old Quarter.
Stayed there for 2 nights while travelling through the north alone.

The beds are comfortable and spacious, the toiletries were clean, lockers were big and secure.

The hostel's atmosphere and staff are incredibly warm and helpful. Their bar is fantastic - met a few lovely travellers there, who very quickly turned into friends.

The bathrooms are large - could be a tad cleaner, but for a hostel and for the price you pay, totally worth it.

Highly recommended for solo travellers.

Amazing hostel, everything was perfect. My only complaint is no drinking or smoking on the rooftop patio, which means no one uses it, which hurt the overall value.

The private room for three was very comfortable and clean. It has the basics you need: water, kettle, towels & some toiletries provided. The bathroom was small but clean. Enough room for three but glad we knew each other well before hand.

The beds were wonderful and very comfortable with soft bedding and excellent pillows

The staff could not have been more helpful - friendly and informative. They will help you arrange tours and answered all questions well.

The bar had a wonderful vibe and we met lots of other friendly travellers.

Definitely recommended for those visiting the area.
Rooms are great with comfy and clean beds. I personally didn't have a problem with the AC. Some people might find it hot but I guess that's to be expected in a country like Vietnam.
The staff is friendly and helpful. Spent a lot of time alone at the hostel and they really made me feel like I was kept company the whole time.
The location allows for a lot of good experiences in walking distance (ie: Hoan Kiem lake).
I really enjoyed my time at Nexy and strongly consider staying here again should I come back to Ha Noi.
