13 Cơ sở trường học cũ với một hồ bơi KHÔNG sạch sẽ. Nhân viên thô lỗ, chúng tôi (2 người chúng tôi) đang tập luyện và tập bơi và họ đến gần yêu cầu chúng tôi dừng lại vì họ không cho phép tập luyện trong hồ bơi cho đến khi bạn đăng ký khóa học. Chúng tôi nói với họ rằng chúng tôi là bạn và chúng tôi chỉ giúp đỡ lẫn nhau nhưng câu trả lời là BẠN KHÔNG THỂ.

If you like to train in ruins, definitely worth a try. Also, you need to be creative with those equipment cuz you never know what you’ll find e.g, solving puzzles of matching dumbbells and guessing the weight labels based on training experiences. I bought a one-day pass at the hotel across the street for 40k ₫.
OK gym, but no squat rack (only one of those horrid Smith machines) and the free weights are very tired looking.
Super cheap to train there. It's got everything you need, they have a pool. But you need to pay extra to use it. Furthermore, equipment is fairly old. Not a very clean gym. No air conditioning just fans. But if you're just looking to train. It's worth the price.

This place is either awesome or terrible depending on your view. Its cheap. Super cheap. Prices you won't find else where. Alas that means not all the equipment will be working and not so much air conditioning so you will be really working up a big sweat.
It's not that big but after some fixing and repainting, the gym got a lot neater and cleaner. It seems a bit crowded with all the machines but it's located in convenient and quiet place on To Ngoc Van street. Only thing is that they close a bit early, at 8pm every day.
75k per day, 480k for a month. Not the greatest looking gym but has all the equipment necessary for a good workout.
80,000 for adult day entry. Have options for 1 months and less for kids. A big pool and not too busy in the day. Not super clean though.

Checks the minimum requirements. Just enough equipment, faintly smells of mold, no English, minimal A/C use, and no water available. This is the "cheap gym" in the Xuan Dieu area, and absolutely does the job if you're not picky.
It has all the basics, sometimes you can even put your own music and you have a nice swimming pool right in front of the gym and it only cost 450.000vnd a month or cheaper if you sign for a longer period
Pretty spartan gym but it ticks all the right boxes—free weights, treadmills, ellipticals, swimming pool, sauna, etc. Very reasonable prices too. Just make sure to bring your own towel as sanitary tissues to wipe down the equipment are not provided!
