Small-medium size with good sitting, big windows and lighting

The outlet has a big wooden table in the middle that's perfect for a long sitting of work. The chair around this table were very comfy too! Just the right height and cushioning. I came here continuously for a week working on a deadline. You can take a walk around the block for a stretch once in awhile as well - short/long enough to not get your stuff taken away and to wake up.

There are smaller round work tables scatter around if you are not into sharing your table. Lower coffee ones are square and made from used coffee grind which I thought was very interesting. The lower ones are accompany with big sofa like chairs, more for a good catch up than work.

The outlet has good lighting from their 2 massive sided windows (which I really love). Having say that the sun never gets too intense due to the direction it faces.

The toilet is small and hand dryer gets too loud that ppl sitting outside can will turn their heads when you use it. The water closet can be lit better, it's too dim right now which was hard to see yourself on the mirror.

Coffee and staff wise? Great and lovely as per starbucks' high standard:) On one occasion, it was very nice to get greeted by them when they changed shift. On other occasion, they were very kind to offer to warm my cheese croissant bun later and reminded me about it worring that I might have forgotten about my order.

Nội thất hiện đại, sạch sẽ. Thái độ nhân viên nhiệt tình, chu đáo. View đẹp, cho cảm giác thư giãn. Đồ ngon, thơm. Nhưng dù sao vị cafe vẫn ko mạnh bằng hạt cafe***: v

Các bạn nhân viên siêu dễ thương và là chỗ ngồi làm việc yêu thích của mình. Nếu cần thêm pass wifi đừng ngại xin nhé. Ở đây vị trí trung tâm nên đi đâu sau đó cũng tiện. Đường LTK với HB lại còn đẹp ngất ngâyyyyyy.

Địa điểm Starbucks này rất đẹp vì nằm tích hợp trong tầng trệt ks Lan Viên nên không gian cafe có vew đẹp cả 3 phía.

Không gian khá ấm cúng, lịch sự. Đồ uống ổn, nhân viên tạm được. Điểm trừ là hơi đông vì nằm trong khuôn viên 1 khách sạn.

Chill asmosphere. Great drink as always.

I forgot the wallet in the toilet. They stored it securely and I got it the next day. Great staff.

Decent coffee shop in central Hanoi, very quiet location so it is good for studying, focusing or doing other work you are interested in. If you are looking for a livelier cafe, this may not be the best place to go.

Overall this was a fairly standard Starbucks experience.
