Starbucks Reserved rất rộng rãi có nghĩa là họ cũng phục vụ cà phê chất lượng cao hơn với các phương pháp pha chế khác nhau. Khu vực chỗ ngồi rộng và có nhiều không gian trên lầu, yên tĩnh và không quá lạnh.

Nóng quá thì vào đây. Tôi không biết hương vị cà phê nhưng nó chắc chắn mát hơn bất cứ nơi nào khác ở Hà Nội

Quán sang trọng, ví trí đẹp, thiết kế nội thất bắt mắt nhiều góc có thể sống ảo. Quán lại có rất nhiều người nước ngoài vào mua đồ uống

We had our breakfast here. Nice place and it was fairly empty when we got here. Good place to rest and enjoy the usual Starbucks some of us are accustomed to back home

The place has 2 floors, which is nice and on the second floor they have a more shared working room. The best thing is that this is the only Starbucks Reserve store in Hanoi!

They charge US$ 3.9 for tea latte and then they limit internet on 1 hour, for which you need access code from your bill. Tea latte wasn't up to the usual standard I expect from Starbucks.

Normally I am not that fond of Starbucks. However with the 'R'/reserve / exclusive coffee bar and selection Starbucks show new standards for this kind of frnchaise coffebars. Their R selection is great coffee.

Nice place to visit if you are accostomed to Starbucks. Expensive compared with local food price. The 2nd floor is pretty wide enough to enjoy your free time concentrating on something. There is a place for laptop users with charging.

Not an extremely fancy place, but it's still the Starbuck Reserve (and only) in HN. Where you can get exactly what you want from their small lot coffee.

Took my order for coffee and food sold out of what I wanted only found out after a 15min wait.then had to wait again. Poor service.

Well, I often visit two branches of Hanoi-based Starbucks. So far, I am quite satisfied with the quality of the drink, and also the atmosphere for working.

However, there’s one thing that always offends my mind. It doesn’t happen on a regular basis, though when it does happens, its really annoying.

It’s about ‘the way you guys train new staffs’. At Starbucks Nha Tho, and Starbucks Lan Vien, I experienced more than 3 times about the attitude as well as the customs of your new trainees.

They always sit in a long table which people usually use to sit and work. While other customers are reading or working, the new staffs of Starbucks are kinda annoying with their very loud talking. Not sure if its normal here, but if you can see the environment around you, you can see whether people here want to talk loudly or not.

It’s okay to talk guys, the cafe is a public place for talking, meeting friends, not only for working. I know this fact, but the thing is that you guys are Starbucks staffs, and what you should carefully consider is also about your customers. I dont mention that ‘every Starbucks staffs’ are the same, but just the new staffs that I think sometimes you’ve gotta be better-trained.

One more thing is, Starbucks is really crowded most of the time. Isn’t it better to organize your OWN space, rather than using the tables served for customers. More private and you can talk as loudly as you want.

Just want you to consider this. I will always support Starbucks anyway.

The unique starbucks reserve in Hanoi, located on the Church street. I love tasting and discovering differrent coffees around the world.

Tôi không hiểu vì sữa đắt quá hay hệ thống starbucks bắt buộc các bạn phải phục vụ món nghiêm ngặt theo thực đơn, nên các bạn giải thích với khách hàng với 1 lý đo khiên cưỡng như vậy!

Địa điểm siêu đẹp nằm giữa trung tâm Hà nội. Cafe uống ổn đậm chất Tây. Tầng 2 có study room cho team nào làm việc nhóm yên tĩnh và ấm cúng. Các bàn cạnh cửa sổ có view siêu đẹp nhìn xuống phố nhà thờ.

Awesome design inside, chill atmosphere, can be crowded on a weekend but during the week has a lot of space on the second floor and comfortable tables to work with your laptop. Buuuuut most importantly they serve reserved coffee which is absolutely yummy!

Không gian quán rộng rãi, trang trí đẹp, nhân viên phục vụ nhiệt tình, đồ uống ngon. Địa điểm của quán gần Nhà Thờ Lớn, trung tâm thành phố, thuận lợi cho việc đi lại.

Starbucks.there's no words to describe. They always makes the best coffee! And you gotta try the nutella bun. Enjoy!
