Same comments as other reviews. Can’t beat the price and the equipment is decent. Also there is air conditioning. Only issue is not so much with the gym itself but with the people going there - it’s about 80% tourists and for some reason people forget to be respectful of equipment when they are in a foreign country. There are weights and dumbbells laying all over the floor EVERYWHERE. They are also left on all the bars. If you wouldn’t do it at your gym at home don’t do it here. Be better.

Best value of 50K for a day. Has everything you need in a gym when you’re traveling.don’t know what the other reviews are complaining about. You get a decent gym with all
the standard equipment. You can hit all
the muscle groups with it.
They do have AC but it’s inconsistently on, if it’s not on the windows are open and the fans are on. Be prepared to SWEAT (but you’re working out so it shouldn’t be a surprise).

Gym has everything you need weight wise, but it does get quite toasty (lack of air con)

I have reviewed as 2 star as the protein shake I purchased after workout was shocking. Firstly, it was done in a shaker cup using lukewarm Dasani water, secondly, it was served in a 100ml paper cup and thirdly, I am not 100% certain it was even protein.

I pointed towards the vanilla optimum nutrition tub on the desk, I noticed that when the staff put their scoop in, they pulled a smaller bag out (a bag within the tub) and I was served a chocolate shake, which tasted like hot chocolate and not whey protein. Admittedly, the shake is v cheap, but I suspect this is because you’re not getting what you think you’re paying for? (I. E The optimum nutrition tub on the top of the desk - either some cheap alternative or a non-protein mix?) - if an owner sees this, please feel free to show me what you were using inside the optimum nutrition tub, I would love to be reassured that what I bought was actually protein; and could I suggest not hiding a bag of “protein” within an optimum nutrition tub, so that the person who is buying the shake can clearly see what they are buying? It has left me feeling like I have been done-over; Thanks

Decent little gym and only 50k per visit, so good for travellers if you're staying in the old town. On the 4th floor. No AC but plenty of fans. Looked like drinks and protein available at the front desk.

A few benches, heavy dumbbells (the heaviest probably 45kg+), plenty of machines, one squat rack. More than enough for a decent workout.

We trained once at around 6pm and it was VERY busy, and difficult to get on any kit. When we trained at around 2: 30pm it was quieter and had no issues using anything we wanted. There is also not really anywhere to do proper deadlifts, so it's more than adequate for general bodybuilding style training but not so much for powerlifting or heavy squats/deadlifts.

Great gym. A bit rough around the edges but loads of equipment and space. One room for weights, with machines, benches and dumbbells up to 40kg. The other room has treadmills, bikes and plenty of stretching space.

Came here a couple of times, perfect for what we needed and good price! Some machine a little dated but doesn’t take away from using them properly

Great gym to get your workout in. They happily accept tourists. 50k for a visit. Free weights, machines and squat rack. It gets hot but thats fine. Go into the parking area then to the top of the stairs to find it.

Brilliant place to go, day pass is cheap and they provide lockers with it awesome. The entrance is on the main road and up 3 flights of stairs.

X-Men gym is one of the best hidden fitness secrets of Hanoi's Old Quarter.
It has everything needed to complete a good workout. Location is tucked into an old building - you will not see it from the street.
The entrance is through a dark garage and adjacent to Gia Quán.
You cannot beat the entrance fee of $2 USD - compare this to the next closest gym in the area - California Fitness - which is $20 USD per visit.
The staff said I was the first foreign person to workout there.

Good clean and new equipment. Yes the receptionist is not friendly as other reviews have mentioned and I would agree with the same but that's not really a big issue.

50k for day pass and 200k for a week. Found this place with one review and so happy I did! Place has pretty much everything, would recommend.
