4AM HAIR STUDIO

Lần đầu tiên làm ở 4AM, mình biết 4AM qua TikTok và thấy nhiều kiểu đẹp. Khi mình qua cơ sở 2 thì nhân viên tiếp đón nhiệt tình, tư vấn kĩ càng về tóc và nhiều ưu đãi cho khách thân thiết, khách mới. Cảm ơn anh Thiên hỗ trợ em

Dịch vụ tại tiệm rất tốt, đã làm ở tiệm vài lần. Lần này mình được bạn An và Lam làm tóc rất chu đáo và nhiệt tình. Tóc ưng lắm luôn ạ

Đây là lần đầu em làm tóc bên salon ạ. Anh Hưng tư vấn và làm tóc cho em rất đẹp luôn ạ! Dịch vụ của tiệm rất rất là tốt luôn. Em sẽ ủng hộ dài dài ạ <3

After 2 weeks, my hair is really dry, not smooth. I can’t brush my hair smooth like they had before. So disappointed.

Ib tư vấn 1 giá, vô salon làm giá lại khác, nhuộm không đều, làm phồng không ăn thuốc gỡ ra thấy k ok thì nv đứng nc vs nhau. R đi pha thêm thuốc dặm lại cũng fail. Nói chung quá thất vọng mình thấy pr toàn ảnh đẹp cung thay may bai phot nhung salon khach luc nao cung dong nên muốn làm thu. Minh gôm góp tiền để có tóc đẹp mà làm xong muốn trầm cảm luôn. Bạn nào muốn làm thì chuẩn bị tầm 4tr là ok. Mình làm hết gần 4tr. Lúc nào cũng sẽ có phục hồi keratin mình phục hồi 1tr6, nhuộm tóc thì theo size. Các dịch vụ khác giá cũng cao mà làm xong mình phải ra salon khác làm lại. Đặc biệt vô đây lúc nào cũng sẽ có nước, sữa và bánh cho các bạn. Mình chỉ trải nghiệm 1 lần và không muốn ghé lại lần nào nửa. Riêng cái phục hồi keratin thì mình thấy ok tóc mượt mà mắc hơn nhiều salon khác thường mình đi phục hồi chỉ có 1tr ở đây 1tr6 mình k biết là thuốc có tốt hơn các salon khác không.

Nhờ tiktok mình mới biết tới 4AM, thế là mình đến đây làm tóc và anh Long là người phụ trách làm tóc cho mình. Từ việc tư vấn, phục vụ nhiệt tình và báo giá rõ ràng trước thì mới làm, tất cả mình đều rất ưng ý. Ngoài anh Long làm tóc, anh Khang nối tóc đến các bạn thợ phụ đều chuyên nghiệp và take care mình rất nhiều. Không chỉ ở salon mà khi về nhà các anh đều dặn dò kĩ càng, hỏi han chu đáo. Giá cả mình thấy hợp lý với chất lượng dịch vụ mà salon mang lại cho khách, thậm chí là hơn cả mình mong đợi. Mà các anh chị làm tóc ở đây toàn trai xinh gái đẹp cả thôi mn ạ. So, highly recommended ‍️

Đến làm tóc sẽ được mời bánh và nước như vầy. Mình thường làm bấm phồng chân tóc thôi, đơn giản và thoải mái không có vấn đề gì. Nhân viên thân thiện. Nên tư vấn giá tiền và book lịch trước qua insta/fb cho thuận tiện.

Mình từ Đà Nẵng bay vào SG để làm tóc. Ban đầu mình tính tẩy tóc nhưng vì tóc yếu nên anh Hỷ Cường tư vấn mình phục hồi kerathy rồi tầm 3-4 tháng sau quay lại tẩy. Anh Hỷ Cường tư vấn rất nhiệt tình và thân thiện. 10 điểm cho sự nhiệt tình này ️️

This is my first time trying this salon and I was not satisfied with the results. At the salon, my hair seemed fine because they styled it so I didn't noticed. After I got home and showered, I realized my hair was uneven. One side was longer than another and there were layers only on some areas. They didn't wash and rinse my hair before cutting which I thought was different. But they did offer snacks and drinks. The staff was friendly as well. I just thought the stylist could have done a better job.

Hôm nay mình có làm tóc ở đây rất uy tín như trên video mình được xem trên mạng nhân viên thì k phải bàn rất chu đáo và nhiệt tình, độ chuyên nghiệp cho 10đ 10đ, cảm ơn anh Hữu An đã đồng hành cùng mình suốt quá trình làm tóc

Nghĩa and Nhân were my Hairstylist today. One of the best I have ever had the pleasure of getting my hair done with them. The salon is beautiful, staff is warm and welcoming when I arrive, and great customer services are the best I have seen, and my color/style look absolutely amazing. Nghĩa has a true passion for hair and Nhân is truelly take time to take care of me. You can see it in his eyes when he looks and touches it. Nghĩa is very upfront about the services you need and the price of those services. This was my first visit to this salon since comming back to Vietnam. Wonderful experience with true professionals and wonderful attitudes very knowledgeable of their art. Highly recommend. Thanks Nghĩa and Nhân for everything you did today.

Sáng qua 4am định cắt ngắn nhuộm lại nhưng nhân viên tư vấn kêu mình ko ốm với ko trang điểm nên ko hợp cắt tóc ngắn. Buồn quá đi bộ qua Sinh Anh gần đó cắt cho nhanh

I was so excited to get my hair done for the first time ever. Since I was planning on going back to Vietnam during the summer, I wanted to do something new for a change so i decided to go full on blonde. I was searching for hair salons in Vietnam through TikTok and i came upon 4am Hair Studio. On their account, let me tell you it was honestly eye catching. I was so engaged in the content and it made me really excited to dye my hair. I was convinced that this place was the best place to go to. But I got my hopes up. When I got there, it was really awkward. They were truly all over the place. When I sat down in my chair, I started talking to them about what I wanted to do with my hair. I asked the hairstylists who was responsible of doing my hair for his input on what best fit my face, whether that be the haircut or shade of blonde. He responded saying, “I don’t know what would look best on you? ”. I was confused. I thought that as a professional hairstylist, they should know what would look best on their clients (depending on their skin undertones and face shape). I showed them a reference picture of what I wanted, after he couldn’t give me his input. A reference picture should allow on to have a better understanding of the clients view right? No, wrong. They were not able to get what I wanted. I sat in that chair for a good 8 hours. For the first 6.5 hours, they bleached my hair. It burned but I know thats what the normal process of hair bleaching is. Afterwards, they started the dying process. I know nothing about hair dye so I put all my trust in the hairstylist and hoped they were able to do what I visualized for myself. My end goal was a light blonde. But at the end, I ended up with a strawberry orange. I was really disappointed. At first, I didn’t want to say anything because they put so much effort in my hair. But eventually, I told them this isn’t what I wanted. The hairdresser who did my hair said that he would be able to fix it in 2-3 more hours, but unfortunately, I could not stay any longer due to my scheduled trip. After hearing this, they started rushing to fix my hair. (after being there for 7 hours now). They brought me to the washing hair station and started scrubbing my hair vigorously with purple shampoo to mask the orange hair. IT BURNED. Everything burned. MY SCALP, MY EYES, MY NOSE (IT WAS REALLY HARD TO BREATHE THROUGH MY NOSE). So I decided to breathe through my mouth, but it was so chemical-y, I had a hard time breathing through my mouth too. BASICALLY, everything was done in 30ish minutes. The problem was not fixed, but it was good enough (was very uneven). The stylist told me what whenever I was in the city again, to message him and he’ll try to fix it. A few days after, when I washed my hair for the first time, it was DEAD. DRY. (I even paid extra for an olaplex treatment, but it did not work). And when I say DEAD and DRY, I could not run my fingers through my hair. It was like a dried bush. For real. I had to do 2 oil treatments to try to fix it, and even then, it was not enough. I decided not to go back because I knew that if I were to go back to fix it, they would’ve killed my hair even more. I’m not one to complain, or leave crazy reviews, but I feel like I had to speak up for anyone who may be in my shoes. They were definitely nice people, for sure, but just didn’t have the experience that I would’ve wanted or paid for.
