Best coffee I’ve tried so far? Just sad that the portion is so small. Baristas are super nice!

This cafe has annoying parking (directly across the street from the entrance lining Nguyen Sieu) but it’s worth it. It’s a quiet and peaceful place to get some work done. The set lunch is also very popular. I got the fried rice and it was the best I’ve had in years. The service was just ok - she seemed grumpy about something. The music was fantastic - American oldies.

Great little hidden gem in the heart of HCM! The cafe is on 2nd floor, and it has such a cute relaxed feel to it. Coffee and food were reasonable priced, and you can easily spent a couple of hours here just reading / doing work on your laptop.

Very nice place to relax and have a good coffee. The cafe is on the second floor. Good atmosphere, decoration and reasonable price.

Had a lovely lunch here on a week day. This quaint and nostalgic spot is a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy a home cooked meal. It is simple, understated and warms you up greatly. Not for fussy or fancy people. I enjoyed the Vietnamese coffee and spent some time here reading. The staff are polite and friendly and definitely get the Vietnamese iced milk coffee, someone said it was the best in the city and I agree. It’s not overly sweet at all and still retains the depth and unique bitterness of the coffee itself, it’s been so hard to find this complex flavour in HCMC that’s saturated with mainstream coffee - I’d come again?

Unsure why several people mentioned no AC, they have it but the fans work fine.

The place is not easy to find, but when u find it, totally perfect for someone who wants to read books or relax, study also

You kidding? The mood, the peace, the food - oh and how about the coffee? It’s a humbling little abode that takes you back to “the good ole days” with retro, mid century furnishings and it’s literally across an another Victorian era building.

Quiet place for abit of work and chill away from the hustle and bustle of saigon life.

10/10 would return and try their menus again ️

Like the place and the atmosphere of this café hidden at the second floor of a nice modernist building.

Mình thích design của quán, phong cách chung cư cũ, trần rộng, thoáng. Deco theo phong cách phương tây cận đại.
Đồ ăn ngon, với các món ăn Việt và thực đơn cơm theo ngày.
Các bạn nhân viên nhìn không niềm nở lắm lúc ấn tượng ban đầu, mình qua quán nhiều lần ròi nên cũng quen.

Đồ ăn trưa ngon nhưng buổi trưa thì đông kinh khủng, chậm chân là hết đồ ăn.

Phục vụ giờ cao điểm hơi chậm vì chỉ có 2 người chạy bàn.

Không gian kiểu thời 19xx, không quá lạ mắt và đặc sắc nhưng cảm giác yên bình.

Recommend tới ăn trưa (món bò xào dưa cải là must try) và cafe làm việc

So amazed when I got in, I thought it was a house. The café is so homy, literally like a home, with your grandma cooking for you. I had a business meeting here around after lunch, and we almost had the whole place for ourselves. Excellent food and coffee of course.

Quán có không gian sạch đẹp, thoáng mát, không đông. Đồ uống thì ok, tùy khẩu vị mỗi người.

Find your old quiet soul here. People live slowly and enjoy life one sip at a time here. Really enjoy seeing others playing guitar and singing ballad at conversation level (not loud).

The atmosphere to enjoy the coffee with quiteness but I dont like about the parking lot, it is far and has to walk to the old apartment under sunshine in the afternoon terribly. The quality of beverage is normal to make an impression.

We went for a coffee after lunch.
The place is nicely decorated but the atmosphere was a bit sad, although the coffe was full it was quiet and dark.
