Trung tâm chăm sóc sức khỏe luôn cung cấp dịch vụ chăm sóc đặc biệt với đội ngũ chuyên gia lành nghề tận tâm, thúc đẩy một môi trường hỗ trợ và chữa bệnh. Tôi ca ngợi cam kết hướng tới sự xuất sắc của nó, khiến nó trở thành lựa chọn hàng đầu về chăm sóc sức khỏe toàn diện và nhân ái.

Phòng khám mới với cơ sở vật chất hiện đại và nhiều tiện ích. Các nhân viên và bác sĩ đặc biệt thân thiện.

Mình khám ở đây 3 lần rồi, năm nay được qua khu mới rộng rãi đẹp sang như khách sạn 5 sao. Năm nay khám chất lượng hẳn, máy móc hiện đại hình ảnh rõ nét, dịch vụ ở đây thì miễn bàn, mấy bạn hướng dẫn nhiệt tình, bác sĩ có tâm tư vấn kỹ lưỡng, mình khám xong thấy rất yên tâm.

Phòng khám có cơ sở vật chất tốt, dịch vụ khá chất lượng. Nhân viên hoà nhã, lịch sự. Nói chung là ok

Friendly staffs and knowledgeable doctors. New and clean facilities. A good place to have your annual checkup or any other medical services

This place is professional service, the center is clean and tidy, every employees are friendly and gentle. But the price is quite high.

Ấn tượng đầu tiên là các bạn lễ tân, nhân viên và bác sĩ rất nhiệt tình.
Quá trình khám cũng nhanh, tầm 1 tiếng đồng hồ gồm đo cân nặng, chiều cao, thị lực, siêu âm, X-Quang, tai mũi họng, tư vấn kết quả (mình đã được lấy mẫu máu và nước tiểu trước đó trên công ty) và tiêm vaccine cúm.
Bác sĩ đa khoa người Philippine tư vấn rất kỹ càng, sẽ có người dịch sang tiếng Việt nếu bạn yêu cầu.
Vào đây khám thì không lo thiếu nước nhé, bình nước ở khắp mọi nơi.

Mình chỉ xin góp ý về thái độ của cô nhân viên hỗ trợ việc thay áo choàng, mong cô có thể nhẹ nhàng hơn trong lời nói vì không phải ai cũng biết cách mặc áo choàng.
Cảm nhận chung là hài lòng.

My visit today at the FMC was outstanding. I have visited clinics and hospitals in Saigon over four years and this work permit experience is the most professional, clean and friendly experience I’ve had.

From the meeting at the wrong door when I was lost, all the way to the GP who explained things to me with care, was highly noticed. The technician who drew my blood spoke clear English and sang beautifully as he painlessly drew my blood. The admin and medical staff around the space spoke English clearly and were purposefully communicative and very friendly.

I can say without a doubt - if you are looking for the right health clinic to be a part of your work permit process, this health center at MANOR is the place to trust.

I took my Japanese colleague here to do a health check for work permit application. Reception staff and cleaning staff were friendly and professional, so was the nurse who took blood samples.

We were in a tight schedule thus we chose Care1 as they told us it would take only an hour to do the health check. We arrived early, but we eventually spent an hour and a half with many inbetween waits. If we had not urged them, it would have been longer.

We were, however, still quite happy even with the abovementioned time issue, until a nurse or doctor in magenta clothes fixed me with a very hostile stare and impolitely asked me to get out when I accompanied my colleague. The Japanese colleague had just arrived in Saigon and was not confident about his English, so he asked me to accompany him if possible. I was totally aware that I might block the way as the place was pretty small, but she COULD HAVE JUST SIMPLY POLITELY ASKED. I have never encountered such an attitude in any clinic, leaving aside the ones which claim to have top quality.

Service from the heart! The team assisted my mum very well during her annual check up! Thank you Care1 team!

Mình đi làm visa đi Châu Âu thì ở địa chỉ này khá là gần nhà. Phòng khám sang trọng, mình còn đang hoang mang không biết phải làm gì thì có người hướng dẫn hết. Có gì không biết mình hỏi cũng rất dễ dàng.

I've been going to Care 1 for 10+ years for the "Exclusive" annual checkup priced at 10,400,000 VND (about 440 USD). They used to be excellent - thorough and patient. Beginning about 3 years ago their quality and service began slipping significantly as they focused on mass health checkups for the corporate market.

My wife and I visited today for annual checkup. Very disappointed. It was super crowded. We were shuffled from test to test and rushed through like cattle with waits in between. Then we were told they were too busy today to do an abdomen ultrasound, so could we come back another day? This was unacceptable especially given the price we were paying.

All the tests and waiting took more than 3 hours. After the last test we just sat there for a while until I caught the attention of a staff to ask the next test. She checked her chart "Oh you're done" she said. No one bothered to tell us that. Also, they skipped the eye pressure glaucoma test that they have always done. I asked about it. They told me "Oh we can't do that test today. The machine is broken. " They were just going to skip this important test and not tell us - that says everything right there about their standards.

The nurses cut corners rushing through the eye and hearing exams as well. In years past they were more thorough and careful. I wondered what other corners were being cut, for example in the ultrasound exam as the radiologist rushed through 30 people to finish her morning shift? I was hustled in to see the doctor to interpret test results even before bloodwork test results were in, missing important data like cholesterol levels etc. In previous years I saw the doctor 2 weeks after the appointment when all results were in and she had had a chance to review the report.

One staff member felt so bad at the poor service we received today that she pulled us aside privately and apologized to us. She said that many staff were ashamed of the assembly line, rushed quality of service. I shared frank feedback with the onsite manager, Ms Ha. She got tears in her eyes and apologized.

On the positive side the environment was clean, the equipment high-quality and staff polite. English levels generally good.

The bottom line though is Care 1 no longer a premium health checkup service. They focus on mass volume, pushing people through and checking boxes, like a factory. I hope they can improve back to their former high quality, although their new mass production model probably makes more business sense for them.

When I went there for a regular test, the location is amazing; the staff is really kind and professional; it's a great spot to receive your medical checks.

This is my 3rd or 4th times with Care 1 for the last 10 years. Great services as always. The staffs are caring and responsive, procedures are fast and organized. Recommended

I booked the executive health checkup package and was very satisfied with the overall procedure and service.

The reception was very friendly and introduced me to the process. Then I was given a medical gown to change in preparation for the health-check. After taking blood and urine sample, I was offered a complimentary breakfasts before proceeding with the other checkups.

The rest of the checkup was very professional and all doctors and persons involved were friendly and doing their best to making my stay as comfortable as possible.

This is the second time my girlfriend and I had our annual health check-up here. Very fast, professional and friendly. Highly recommended

Good Service. The Doctors and staff are very helpful and nice. I would highly recommend this to all expats living in Ho Chi Minh City.

Went for a health check arranged by my company and they ask you to change into a gown before going to the doctor's office, meaning you then need to walk through the waiting room in a gown. Personally, I want more privacy than that (especially since others from my company may be there on the same day) and I decided not to do the check. If that's their bedside manner in the first five minutes.surely the rest can't be that great either? But of course some people might not mind this at all.

Having to give a rating probably isn't fair but I think it's important since some people might travel here trying to find a doctor for their flu/cough etc. This place supposedly only does health check-up and not anything else (went in to ask once when I was having a flu)
