I have been a brunette all my life and had been dreaming of going blonde for a long time! I was really nervous about doing it, especially abroad, but Hana took amazing care of me. She first sat down and discussed the colour and price with me and right after began with the process. At a point I had 3 people assisting me so everything went smooth and fast! In the end she recommended me a few products and how to use them to keep my hair healthy! I am super satisfied with the result and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

I got my haircut by Hana today and it was amazing! I recently had a bad experience in Thailand and needed it fixed. From the moment I walked in the salon I was greeted warmly & they gave me water. They washed my hair which included a lengthy head massage *bonus! Hana listened to all my concerns and she told me what she thought would look good and what wouldn’t. Super happy with my service! ️

Came here on my last day to get a refresh baby light on my hair & Hannah was awesome she gave me a consultation and told me what she can do to my hair and what she can’t because she didn’t want to damage my hair. Which I really appreciated, thanks to Hannah and her team! Will recommend to other friends traveling to Saigon.

I am so happy that I chose this place! Concept Coiffure is a very convenient place because I can get my haircut and waxing done at the same place! For my haircut, Ms. Hana was excellent! I wanted some long layers, and she explained everything in detail and did exactly what I wanted. She even took some photos for me later! I love my haircut. And the wax lady, Ms. Lan is the best in town! I will always come to wax on wax off for waxing!

Best hair service of my life!
I was super nervous to get my hair bleached abroad, as I’m super paranoid about having my hair ruined (which is why my grow out got so bad). However, my stylist at concept, Hana, went above and beyond. She was kind, professional, knowledgeable, spoke very good English, and an absolute hair god! I’ve never had such a good hair service of my life, and I’m completely obsessed with how my hair turned out. Definitely go to Concept, and ask for Hana! Thank you so much!

Honestly one of the best highlight treatments I’ve ever had. I’ll be honest, I was a little apprehensive getting my hair done outside of England, especially as I’m blonde, but I’m so pleased I did. Loved this place! I was nervous to get my hair done over here as I have blonde hair and was worried of the outcome. Tom, my stylist was amazing. He took time to ensure that we understood each-other properly and that I would be happy with the end result. He knew exactly what I envisioned and I am so happy with the end result! The lady who washed my hair was also amazing she gave me a little massage too it was great. I will definitely be back here!

Great service! My stylist, Tom, took time to understand exactly what I wanted in my balayage and was very attentive to detail. He was patient and frequently checked in to make sure I was still content with everything. He also offered advice on hair care after the service. Would definitely return!

Mr. Vu rocks and their hair and face massages that you usually get as well are a nice add-on too.

Used to be my preferred place for the hair cut. Since some of the hair masters have left this salon and new one does not have much experience, I do not see a reason to go there and let some one to make mess with my hair.

Excellent experience. Very precise in their hair cutting technique. Show stylist a picture and he/she can replicate with ease. Be sure to get a shampoo and cut. The Shampoo experience is a treat.

Beautiful themed saloon and their hospitality is great never seen such hospitality in a saloon. For a client 3 staff attends for a hair cut. It's a nice place to do a hair cut.
