Quán cà phê yêu thích của tôi ở Sài Gòn. Cà phê đặc sản tuyệt vời và lô vi mô rất độc đáo của Việt Nam. Họ cũng rang cà phê tại nhà.

Quán có không gian rất yên tĩnh, chilling mỗi sáng ngồi cà phê thì tuyệt vời, nhân viên mọi người rất thân thiện và giúp đỡ nhiệt tình Ngoài ra ở quán còn có nhiều workshop cho mọi người trải nghiệm hạt cà phê

Cà phê là công thức nấu ăn tuyệt vời và rất độc đáo. Ghế ở tầng trên rất thoải mái, êm ái, có tựa lưng tốt. Nếu bạn định làm việc trên máy tính xách tay, tôi khuyên bạn nên mang theo giá đỡ máy tính xách tay vì bàn có chiều cao hoàn hảo để gõ nhưng không phù hợp với màn hình.

Lưu ý: công trình xây dựng thực sự ồn ào đang diễn ra kể từ ngày 12/12/2023. Thậm chí còn có hoạt động hàn với tia UV nguy hiểm chiếu qua cửa sổ. Sẽ khuyên bạn không nên ăn uống ở đây cho đến khi việc xây dựng kết thúc.

Thiết kế hiện đại của nơi này thật đẹp, một nơi thực sự đẹp. Thực đơn phong phú gồm các loại đậu chất lượng cao để lựa chọn và đội ngũ nhân viên có kiến ​​thức cao. Tôi đã chọn một chiếc v60 có "than hồng". Loại cà phê Robusta hảo hạng từng đoạt giải thưởng với hương dừa trong trẻo và dư vị lâu dài. Đây là loại cà phê Robusta đầu tiên của tôi được rót qua và nó thật tuyệt vời. Tôi rất vui khi nói rằng đây là một trong 5 loại cà phê ngon nhất mà tôi từng uống và tôi đã uống rất nhiều. Đối tác của tôi có màu trắng phẳng với sữa yến mạch và rất thích nó. Nếu bạn đang ở TP HCM và muốn có cà phê ngon, hãy nhớ đến đây.

But the highlight of this coffee house is their workshop series, where you can join a sensory session led by an expert instructor. You will learn how to appreciate the aroma, flavor, body, and acidity of different coffees, and how to identify the subtle nuances that make each cup unique. The instructor is very knowledgeable and inspiring, and she will guide you through the whole process with passion and enthusiasm.

We took the sensory workshop at 96b and it was a very eye opening experience. You get the science and the hands on practice on tasting not only coffee but on tasting anything and how to fully immerse yourself in that experience.

You can also see them doing QC cuppings at different temperatures to train their staff and ensure that you are delivered a high quality product. Highly recommend!

I found the cafe by chance and was struck by how atmospheric and spacious the place was. Staff spoke decent English and responsive. It's quiet with super table setting for work/studying upstairs and best for chilling downstairs. They seem to host coffee workshops every now and then in case you are interested. It's just that my strawberry pineapple juice was not freshly blened? Prices ain't the most budget friendly.

Great coffee and workshop experience. If you want to know more about coffee this is the place to be!

Here is good place to take a rest with high quality arabica coffee. I ordered decafe hand drip cafe in here.and the taste is good too. I recommen this place for you.

We had an amazing barista and latte art course there for an hour. Kind staff and delicious coffee!

When i visited last year, I felt coffee was little bit watery.

Thanks to Hannah, who helped with the selection of Vietnamese Coffees for espresso and filter coffee drinkers. I'm very happy with the purchase! Can't wait to try them out at home.

This cafe and roastery is tucked away in a side street. The barista was so friendly and welcoming. We had a Solar Cold Brew with homemade ginger syrup which was excellent.

I was excited to discover that 96B cafe & roastery offers hand-brewed coffee workshop in English! It was such an incredible experience. The barista/instructor is friendly, experienced, passionate and super knowledgable in coffee brewing. I got hooked and ended up coming back for more workshop (V60, Chemex, history of coffee). The sessions were intimate, informative and catered to my level. Besides the modern interior and minimalist design, they have high-quality coffee and a variety of brewing options. This is a hidden gem in Saigon. I'm so happy I found this place. I will definitely be back often for their specialty coffee and to pick up their in-house roasted coffee beans. The best cafe in Saigon!

Mình có cơ hội trải nghiệm 3 workshop về cafe cho người mới tại shop và thấy rất thích. Giá WS hợp lý, cà phê ngon, các bạn barista hỗ trợ hướng dẫn tận tình. Nếu thực sự chưa biết gì về cafe, muốn thử tìm hiểu trước và chưa muốn bỏ tiền cho các lớp chuyên sâu đắt tiền mà không biết có thích và phù hợp không thì đây là lựa chọn khởi đầu hợp lý. Tự pha một ly latte art hay thiền thư giãn với hand brewed rất thú vị nhé. Ai muốn hiểu chuyên sâu hơn thì tham gia all about coffee để có cái nhìn tổng quan hơn và học cách phân biệt vị một số loại cà phê

96B gave me the best coffee experience, consistently for a week, when I visited Saigon in October 2022. Over seven days, I made my way through their entire menu and each drink was outstanding. One of the highlights of my experience was the bewilderingly calming effect the coffee at 96B had on me - no jitters at all! It speaks of the care and precision with with the cafe staff prepare each drink, drawing on a curation of select coffee varieties that are roasted to perfection. I also attended a coffee workshop led by Ms Thai Dang, and left having learnt so much more about the history of coffee - the drink and the commodity.
All in all, across all my travels and experiences of drinking coffee in India - I’ve had the best cups of coffee at 96B!

Did a Barista workshop there together with a friend. The experience was absolutely amazing! The owner was super nice and helpful with perfect English, the coffee tasted great and the interior is beautifully designed. Definitely the best place to enjoy good coffee in Sai Gon!

Expensive! Cheapest is 75k on the menu.visa Mastercard etc.not accepted. Cash and bank transfer only.

But you wont be disappointed. They roasted Ethopia beans but also proudly roast and serve Robusta (coffee beans in Vn). I bet it will bring you a very different answer to the usual ca phe sua da/ bac siu on the street.

Smell amazing. The volume is quite small though.

They roast coffee and sell coffee so suggest you ordered those without milk. Syrup also handmade.

Almost all seats have powers sockets. A few comfy chairs available. But in a way it keeps the place warm but not noisy.

96B never stops to amaze me. After 3 years since my last visit due to COVID-19, the place has changed a lot in terms of interior setup. So much space on the 2nd floor. I did all the 3 workshops that they organized. It's very educational, and the job as a coffee barista is not easy. Be appreciative next time they make you a cup of latte or a pourover filter coffee. It contains all the experience and knowledge, not just the aroma and taste.

Thank you 96B friendly crew that makes drinking coffee so enjoyable. You guys deserve a 5-stars rating.
