Dịch vụ mang tính dự đoán cao, cá nhân và hiệu quả mà chỉ những khách sạn tốt nhất mới có. Sự tinh tế tuyệt vời trong suốt trải nghiệm khách sạn. Tầng thượng tuyệt vời. Phòng hơi nhỏ hơn đối với một khách sạn cao cấp, nhưng chỉ có vấn đề nhỏ và chúng tôi đã biết điều này trước đây.

Có một số vấn đề khi nhận phòng do nhân viên thiếu kinh nghiệm tại phòng câu lạc bộ, nhưng người quản lý đã cố gắng giải quyết vấn đề bằng phản hồi nhanh chóng. Nói chung là thân thiện. Phòng nghỉ được dọn dẹp sạch sẽ, cơ sở vật chất sạch sẽ như mới, nội thất hiện đại với các tác phẩm truyền thống và trang trí hoa đầy màu sắc thật ấn tượng. Bể bơi tuy nhỏ nhưng từ bể bơi vô cực có thể ngắm nhìn toàn cảnh thành phố Hồ Chí Minh nhưng tiếc là 8h kết thúc sớm. Tuy nhiên, vì nó được nối với một quán bar trên tầng thượng cạnh bể bơi nên tôi rất ngạc nhiên khi thấy những vị khách đến quán bar trên sân thượng đang chơi đùa, cởi giày và ngâm chân xuống bể bơi mà thậm chí còn không rửa chân bẩn. Tôi thắc mắc có phải hồ bơi không được bảo trì đúng cách vì không có nhân viên bảo trì tại chỗ, thấy mọi người cởi giày mà thậm chí không rửa chân và ngay lập tức lau chân bằng nước hồ bơi, tôi tự hỏi liệu đây có phải là hồ bơi dành cho khách bar không? để rửa chân hay hồ bơi cho khách của khách sạn. Sốc thật sự là khách đến quán bar tầng thượng thay đồ bơi trong phòng tắm rồi đi bơi, sau đó được yêu cầu chuyển ly rượu của mình sang một trong những vài chiếc ghế bãi biển trong hồ bơi của khách sạn, khi nhìn thấy họ di chuyển ghế, tôi tự hỏi đó là cơ sở dành cho khách của khách sạn hay hồ bơi của quán bar, và phân biệt giữa khách và khách, dường như không có sự quản lý nào cả.

Tôi ở lại đây trong một chuyến công tác. Khách sạn tọa lạc tại một vị trí thuận tiện trong khu thương mại trung tâm và nằm trong tòa nhà thuộc địa đã được tân trang lại. Phòng nhỏ hơn so với khách sạn 5 sao trung bình nhưng vẫn thoải mái. Ví dụ, phòng ngủ và phòng tắm được ngăn cách bằng rèm và không có bồn tắm. Phòng sạch sẽ và giường siêu thoải mái. Buffet sáng có nhiều món ăn đa dạng. Tôi đặc biệt thích món phở địa phương và cà phê Việt Nam.

Khách sạn thanh lịch với dịch vụ tuyệt vời. Phòng khách sạn siêu đẹp nhưng tương đối nhỏ so với các khách sạn 5 sao khác. Họ phục vụ bữa sáng tuyệt vời (tùy chọn tự chọn). Tầng thượng với hồ bơi là một điểm nhấn. Thuộc tập đoàn Accor.

Dear Owner, this is for your improvement, not for blame. Maybe you don't know what happen in your hotel.

I just experienced here yesterday 17th, Feb 2020.
I am really sorry to say that: I was super disappointed yesterday. It was not as I expected before going there. I give you 3 stars because your drink suited my taste. Otherwise, you are well deserved 1 star for your service.
Well, I am a normal Vietnamese citizen who has been living in HCMC nearly 20 years. I can afford to drink something at your rooftop and live in hotel some days as long as I want. I am also working in Admin department of a foreign company where usually book room for experts and management board.
Before visiting your bar at 23rd floor (I want rooftop but it was rainy last night, so, no choices), I checked many reviews and it seemed good. However, what I had after all? Let me tell you that I was upset from the front door to the service as below:
- At the front door, 2 hotel-doormen, they didn't instruct where to park my motorbike (yah, a motorbike/scooter, not a car). We (my friend and I) were confused about parking lot from the beginning. Later, someone in the next building yelled at us and pointed the parking lot (not in hotel building). How kind was you, oh man! (I was in raincoat and it was heavily raining.).
- After parking, we ran into the hotel. It was rainy and we must run to avoid being wet. You guys stood there with no help, only looked at us. (Come on. Now I know that you have umbrellas for display, not for helping. Or you only help Western guests? I don't know yet)
- I was disappointed some more things but I accepted the truth which exist here in Vietnam.
I will go to the final stage when we got the motorbike out of the building. We rode to the front door to give a few things for my friend who was waiting there. The guy there stopped us suddenly and said: please go a different way please. Oh man, speechless, I thought: the higher class the hotel is, the more professional you are. But you was same as 2 stars hotel. Come on, tell me why did you stop us on the way to go out of your hotel like a vendor along the street? Let me recommend something: you could use a barrier and put a sign "Only car can go through" in the middle of the path in front of the hotel. If a car go through, a doorman will push the button.
I am really upset while typing these words.

This was a friendly well situated hotel, it was my husbands birthday on the day we arrived and the hotel upgraded our room, and surprised us with a lovely cake to celebrate, we were offered welcome drinks on arrival and all the staff without exception were friendly and polite, would recommend

Great hotel if you like French colonial look and feel. They are famous for the rooftop bar and swimming pool. I went there for the wedding and need to admit that the food was absolutely fantastic. I saw French head chef coming out and introducing hinself to the bride. My top choices were flershly cooked to order crabs and lobsters, great truffle risotto, amazing burrata, oysters and a nice chill room woth Spanish hams and French cheeses.

If you like loud music, drinks at exhorbant prices and very few locals, stay in your own country and don't bother here.

Is there a finer 5* hotel in Saigon? On a return visit, welcomed like a old friend to this stylish property. Top to bottom, a fantastic hotel w/ impeccably trained staff. Highly recommend.

Many of the clients chose to stay in this hotel and they loved it.
The location is great for travelers in Saigon.
Staffs are friendly and helpful.
The hotel is a about 5mins walk to the Cathedral, US consulate, Central Post Office, War Remnants Museum.

At Social Club. We were told by one waiter that there were no fruit juices served, although all cocktails had fresh fruits in them. Then another person told us that fruit juices could be ordered without problem but by that time, we had ordered our alcoholic beverages. Better staff training please! Aside from that, excellent service. Such a shame.

Eventhough stayed in lower floor, noise and music from the rooftop bar continue to be heard from the room until around 2~3am and drove me crazy.especially the bass sound was seriously loud and hit ears all the time.now it is 18: 14 and live music from outside (I dont know whether it is from rooftop bar or outside of street) coming in and driving me crazy like a hell.facilities and service is ok but very vurnerable to the noise

Great place to have a sunset drink before heading to dinner. Go around 5 to get a seat before the rush.

Ich war in der rooftop bar. Der Service war gut. Die Qualität war ok. Der Ausblick (nachts) war amaaaaaazing! Die Preise waren jedoch wirklich knackig. 400k Đong für einen Cocktail in Ho-Chi-Minh-City ist schon sehr viel.

This smart hotel is perfectly located in Ho Chi Minh city downtown. I can only highly recommend it: warm atmosphere, attentive staff, nice and comfortable room, wonderful pool. The only reason, in my opinion, it doesn't deserve the maximum rating, is because of the design of the rooms: the bathroom is not clearly separate from the main room. There is only a thin curtain, so you can lack a little privacy. But that is minor, I would certainly come back again.

Exceptional hotel, a must visit, to stay, dine or for a drink! Ideally located in the center of HCMC, this hotel oozes personality and style. I'll be back!
