The saloon offer good hair wash with head massage. The hair dresses are well trained and skillful.
My best hair choice since several years ago! The lady taking care of my hair knows exactly what I want (i tried another lady and well not that great). I only come here whenever I visit home. A one stop shop for my hair cut, perm and treatment. Always have a crew to deal with my 3 hour hair job!:)
Walked into the Hair Salon 99 with little expectations as I did not speak Vietnamese and badly needed a haircut since I am on a business trip. I got helped by a lady and got a haircut by a senior cost which was expensive (139,000 dong) but worth it. Well done.
They shampoo your hair and give you a head/face massage for half an hour before you have your hair cut. Love it!
Friendly and experienced stylists and staff. I got a men's hair cut and wash, happy with my haircut.
