Nằm ngay trung tâm Sài Gòn, phòng rất sạch sẽ tiện nghi, buffet rộng rãi view siêu đẹp (từ lvl 12)
và dịch vụ này được hơn 10 tuổi, đặc biệt là nhờ Tony, anh ấy rất hữu ích, tốt bụng và đảm bảo rằng chúng tôi có mọi thứ chúng tôi cần.

Thật là một khách sạn tốt! Dịch vụ này thực sự đạt điểm 10/10. Tony rất thân thiện và chu đáo. Anh ấy thực sự làm cho kỳ nghỉ của chúng tôi không thể nào quên:)

Tôi đã ở khách sạn này nhiều lần nhưng dịch vụ vẫn chưa đạt yêu cầu, nhân viên phục vụ ở lối vào khách sạn đã chủ động giúp chúng tôi mang hành lý, người ở quầy nhận phòng rất tốt bụng và mời chúng tôi ngồi xuống.và nghỉ ngơi. Chúng tôi còn được tặng đồ uống chào mừng và những người phục vụ cũng chủ động giúp đỡ chúng tôi. Giao hành lý lên phòng, dịch vụ thực sự không đạt yêu cầu!
Bữa sáng rất phong phú, món ăn thay đổi mỗi ngày, các món ăn gần như giống nhau sau khi ở 1 tuần, tủ lạnh trong phòng còn có 2 chai bia Ruby miễn phí, 2 chai nước và đồ uống.
Độ sạch sẽ của phòng nói chung là tốt, tuy nhiên đèn ngủ hơi bẩn, nhất là phòng quá nhỏ. đầu và đèn ngủ quá gần nhau gây khó chịu, điều này cần phải cải thiện.
Lần này mình đặc biệt cảm thấy phòng cách âm rất kém, nhất là mình ở cạnh cầu thang, tiếng lên xuống cầu thang và tiếng nói chuyện lúc khoảng 5h sáng rất rõ ràng, khiến bạn không thể nghỉ ngơi thoải mái.
Công tác vệ sinh cầu thang, hành lang thật sự cần được tăng cường, nhất là cầu thang có gián chết, cả ngày vẫn chưa dọn, chúng ta thực sự cần phải chú ý đến vấn đề vệ sinh môi trường.

Khách sạn rất tốt. NHÂN VIÊN THÂN THIỆN, VỊ TRÍ TỐT, MÓN ĂN NGON VÀ ĐẶC BIỆT LÀ ĐỒ UỐNG CHÀO MỪNG TỐT

Tôi đã ở đây được 2 đêm. Vị trí rất tuyệt. Phòng khá nhỏ và có cửa sổ nhìn ra tường,: (. Cơ sở vật chất khách sạn mới và hiện đại. Đồ ăn ngon nhưng không ngon. Hồ bơi quá lạnh. Không hiểu sao lại lạnh quá như thế đó, và không có nhiều người đến bể bơi.

Phòng: Tuy nhỏ nhưng đủ cho 2 người lớn và 2 trẻ em.
Bữa sáng: Không có nhiều món đa dạng nhưng no nê và nhân viên rất nhiệt tình.
Dịch vụ: Tôi cũng rất thích chiếc bánh mini chứa đầy lòng tri ân trước ngày trả phòng.
Địa điểm: Tuyệt vời để sử dụng Grab. Thuận tiện đi đến các điểm du lịch chính.
Tôi đã có những kỷ niệm quý giá khi lưu trú tại khách sạn Harmony trong chuyến đi từ ngày 8/9 đến ngày 11/9. Cảm ơn tất cả Dory, Jasmine, Jackie và Marvin.

Vị trí tuyệt vời: Bạn có thể đến các điểm chính trong thành phố trong vòng 5-10 phút và đi bộ.
Cung cấp minibar: Khá đẹp~~ Bia. đồ uống.nước.
Bữa sáng ngon miệng: Cà phê ngon! Sự đa dạng thì ít, nhưng đồ ăn thì ngon.và nhân viên rất thân thiện.
Bể bơi: Nó rất nhỏ, nhưng là trong nhà nên bạn có thể sử dụng ngay cả khi trời mưa!

Khuyến nghị khách sạn khi ghé thăm TP. HCM!

This is the hotel you want to stay at while in Saigon. It's listed as a 4 star but it's better then a 5 star hotel pretty much anywhere you go. Everyone here is super nice and informative and they really look out for your well being. They will give you a heads up about how to move around the city and what you should avoid. Pretty much anything you want or need can be obtained by talking to the people that work there. They go out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of it's a true humbling experience.

Would highly recommend the Harmony to anyone visiting HCM. Great facilities and amazing service.

Nice hotel in a good location. The staff were helpful enough and the rooms were a good size with modern amenities, e.g. The TV was a smart TV with netflix etc. I was a little bit surprised that you have to pay for the water in the rooms (25K per bottle) and breakfast (in the 12th floor restaurant) was nothing too special - some Western and Vietnamese options but mostly a bit cold and stale. The downstairs lounge has some comfortable chairs and, although I didn't use it, the swimming pool/spa does look very good.

A great 4 star hotel in the middle of HCM city. Service was excellent and all but the problem is the rooms are full and it's pretty hard to get one if you don't book early. If there's one, it might be very compact and doesn't have sunlight, like I did when I was there.

Came back after the pandemic the spa masseuse quality seemed deterioated. I tried more than 5 diff staff one tried to extort a mil dong for some trick. Another tried to get me stg I didnt want by coercing me into HJ! TO was the best one who only did massage purely without talking excessively. I had to give her 100k tip at least although no tipping is the policy here to eliminate such indecent practices! I do not give a tip to those wait around and demand it! This purely heavenly professionsl 4 star spa has tuned into a 3 stat level spa for men like in Pham Ngu Lau area due to so many Chinese men tipping as much as a mil etc. Soon we will have no great spa available anymore!

Beautiful hotel in HCMC's District 1, close to the Ben Thanh Market and a good location as a starting point to many cultural sights like museums and parks, etc. The staff and I want to mention in particular - Alice (Duyen) at the front desk, Vanessa (Tinh) at Floor 1 Spa, and Thuong (Breakfast), are wonderful as well as others whose names I cannot recall.
My room was confortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast Buffett is plentiful, varied and delicious. The pool, though not deep is a decent size. The spa and the massage I received were amazing. Please tip the masseuse (Anna) if you get the chance.
The only thing I did not realize when booking (and I can't recall if it was stated) was that my room did not include a shower but a bathtub with a shower head for spraying. Strange that this exists in 2022. I also did not like that they charged me at checkout 25000 dong for a bottle of water that costs only 6000 dong at the Circle K store next door. I thought it was complimentary.

Great 4 star hotel. Spacious, quiet and comfortable rooms. Free mini bar and good variety for breakfast while enjoying the live cultural music. Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Harmony Saigon, appreciating the efforts by the staff to make our stay pleasing.

The facilities are good. The only suggestion would be for a bigger gym, which lacks chest weight options and free weights above 5kg. A few kettlebells might help, but a small complaint considering the number of things to do in Saigon leaves little time for the gym.

Would happily stay again. We used both the executive suite and a premier twin with an extra bed to accommodate our family.

Conveniently located on a busy street with lots of restaurants, convenient stores etc. Walking distance from all the touristy landmarks and Ben Thanh Market. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Great breakfast included on Floor 12A.

Nice place, delicious breakfast, broken fixtures in fitness center, front desk staff less than helpful. All other staff extremely accommodating.

Horrible hotel, horrible staff, won't be coming back. Unfortunately I can't register a below 0 rating, a truly awful experience
