Mười điểm, từ dịch vụ đến kỹ thuật đều không chê vào đâu được. Cuối tuần tiệm hơi đông nên khuyến khích gọi đặt trước để lúc đến được phục vụ nhanh hơn. Lâu mới ghé lại thấy tiệm có nhiều cái mới ghê, có cả quầy bánh kẹo cho khách ngồi đợi nữa.
Giá cả thì hơi đắt, nhưng mà là đắt xắt ra miếng nên cực kỳ đáng tiền nha mọi người

Why would you put a coupon on your website for a haircut and treatment and then it turns out to be the exact same price individually? Seems to defeat the purpose. Not sure if the owner knows what coupon means. Person who cut my hair kind of miserable and rude. The only good thing about this place was that it was clean and quiet

Thật kinh khủng. Bỏ ra 4 triệu tiền uốn- 800 cắt tóc (bấm bằng mỗi cái đuôi tóc 800k) -1800k tiền dưỡng tóc cho 2 mẹ con mà như c ứt. Mn đừng bh làm ở cái hàng này nhé. Nó làm nó chải tóc mà rụng sạch tóc của m luôn, làm đau kinh khủng khiếp, mặ dù đã kêu gào làm nhẹ nhưng ko nhé. Uốn xong gội xả sấy như con thần kinh, cũng ko chịu vuốt keo hay tạo kiểu bóng mượt chút cho khách, để khách ra về với mái tóc như vừa đi bão về. Dm dẹp cmn tiệm đi. Làm ăn bát nháo bố láo

I came in for haircut and the outcome is terrible and the lady try to dry blow and make some curl to hide it, when I back homr and wash my hair, OHM it was the worst haircut I ever had. It not even, to many layer for my less volum hair, the worst park is each layer around 5cm or more from each other. I felt like it was the style of year 2000. I dont dare to u tight my hair, now I waiting for it get longer and will have a hair cut somewhere else again.
I don’t recommend for thr haircut.

However Hair wash was good as normal Japanese standard I have every where.
I gave 2 stars base on my hair cut experient.

Cắt xấu, nghĩ sao mà năm 2022 rồi còn làm cho người ta cái kiểu layer của mấy năm 2000: cằm một lớp so le, ngang vai một lớp so le rồi thêm mấy cọng duôi le que trong khi tóc ít xỉn. Cắt xong về chỉ cám cột lên chờ toac dài ra đi cắt lại.

Chỉ biết nói là quá tệ.
Mình book lịch làm tóc trc. Khi đến Mình đưa kiểu tóc nhờ anh stylist tư vấn và cắt, mà ảnh cắt xong làm mình thất vọng và chắc chắn sẽ k quay lại lần 2 luôn. Cắt xong ảnh còn biện hộ là do tóc em đen nên k lên mẫu giống như hình được. Nhưg rõ ràng dù tóc đen hay màu thì vẫn có thể nhận biết được kiểu tóc có đúng hay k. Còn màu tóc chỉ góp phần làm cho kiểu tóc thêm sáng, đẹp và tạo rõ nét hơn thui.
Đã thế phần sau gáy và chân tóc của mìn cũng bị cạo bằng tông đơ làm hư tóc luôn.
=> Tay nghề tệ mà thái độ cũng tệ nốt
Nv gội đầu thì gội nhanh và qua loa quá.

Mình rất thích hiệu tóc này. Cắt tóc đẹp. Tiệm đẹp. Gội đầu siêu thích. Có cả trà Nhật cho khách dùng khi ngồi đợi stylist.

I never really gave any reviews but I think I should now. I used to love J-first so much more but the recent visit was so disappointing. I think you are understaffed on the last Sunday morning, and I feel like the hairdresser taking care of me wasn’t focused at all. A lot of time in between I was left alone, and I don’t think the place was that busy. He was working on 3 different guests within 90 mins. I had a haircut and perm but both were not satisfying, and the next day my hair was a disaster. I used to have an hour-long haircut there and now it was just 15-min then quickly moved to the perming part. Have you changed the whole old team or management? The hairdresser didn’t even try to listen, and sounded very opinionated: (I miss the old J-first experience.

1 star because the staff was polite and accommodating (during the first visit, mostly). I went here to get a digital perm but was suggested to do the combo for 3.100.000VND and I agreed. I asked them so many times if they could do it and everyone kept saying yes and pushed through. The curls went away after a day. I was so sad!: (

I called and politely asked if they could help fix it, but my stylist was only available the next day. When I came back, I felt they were rushing through the process and the "perm" honestly looked worse on this second attempt - - I'm not only referring to the damage, but everything else, like the style after they blow-dry it, the type of curl they did, etc.

I'm just so devastated because I made sure tog et confirmation if they could do it, and on the second attempt, if they could fix it. I essentially paid them so much to leave my hair in a worse state. Honestly I wish I could get a refund and not go back to this salon again.

I'll never come back here again. The price is just way too expensive for a haircut this bad i get. I'll have to wait 3 weeks for my hair to grow back and get a new one at a different place.

My favorite place! Definitely worth every penny, staffs are nice and super polite. If you are a girl and want to have a perm or style your hair, I recommend Ms. Haru Trang. She will give you best consultation.

Friendly staffs but not a good place for colors and haircut, especially the translator didn’t translate properly. Such as waste of my time.
