Mình checkin lúc 2h sáng nhưng tất cả nhân viên đều rất vui vẻ dễ thương. Bữa sáng rất ngon, khuôn viên khu vực ăn sáng và hồ bơi rất sạch sẽ.

Khách sạn tuy cũ nhưng vẫn giữ chuẩn dịch vụ tốt.

Very nice hotel with very kind staff. Hotel restaurant has a beautiful seafood buffet every evening for a reasonable price. Thank you.

Khách sạn gần sân bay, tương đối thuận tiện khi di chuyển. Buffet sáng và phục vụ nói chung hài lòng. Tuy nhiên bể bơi được báo là không được phép sử dụng do đang bảo trì nhưng trông không có vẻ gì là đang được bảo trì cả.

Buffer ở đây ăn ngon, nhiều món lạ. Nhưng ăn nhiều cũng chán.: 3. Chưa ở đây lần nào nhưng thấy khá cũ

Only went there for the conference, but the food were incredibly tasty at the restaurant. We had a great time.

Schöne Zimmer, gute Ausstattung und sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut und hat auch eine gute Mischung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, man kann fast alles haben was man will. Von der Lage her ist es auch recht gut gelegen.

Fabulous Hotel close to the airport - the ambience is pleasant. Excellent staff - highly recommend their airport pickup and drop off service.

+ Buffet is good, many kinds of food, especial sea food with a fair price.
+ Great space for meeting event, hold training course.

Food is good.rooms are comfy.close to the airport.staff is courteous as well. I liked the Vietnamese coffee they serve.

Checked in yesterday. The breakfast here is SO good. The room was good. A bit old but clean enough. I found the service here quite nice. I had dinner buffet here and it was $42 USD. It’s quite pricy but if you like seafood, you should give it a try. There were tons of seafood choices here!

I booked the orchid room and had a lot of free stuff. Park Royal provided me with free laundry, free lounge access, and even free airport transfer. The staffs were very attentive and the services were very outstanding. Thank You PARKROYAL Saigon

Had breakfast down at the lobby restaurant. Service was nice and courteous. However, all the meats available were either chicken, duck, or ostrict. I'm allergic to poultry. Thanks!

I would like to thank the lady who work in the front desk named HANG. She helped me order the food delivery and give me the greatest service with best smile. My stay in this hotel has the best experience because of her! Thanks again ~~

Đến ăn sinh nhật, buffet tại đây. Không gian sạch, thoáng, nhân viên nhanh nhẹn, nhiệt tình.

Used to be one of my choice of hotel in Saigon if I need to stay near to the airport (~05 minutes away from the airport) but now I might consider changing to other place next time. Already mentioned to receptionist of wake up call when checking in but they did not call. In addition checking out time was long (I have an very early flight to catch). Packed breakfast also took forever to prepare even though I already made the request the night before.

Very well located Hotel close to airport great staff, good food and nice drinks. Will worth paying for the executive room which is bigger than the standard room. Very easy to catch Grab taxi anywhere you like in Ho Chi Minh Saigon.
