Really good restaurant, with a choice of Vietnamese dishes. Very much aimed at the tourist market, a little bit more expensive than other restaurants, still good value though.

The speciality cocktails were really delicious as were the vegan fresh springrolls and the Tofu with salad. Really nice and attentive staff and nice atmosphere overall

Trendy, tasty and a great atmosphere not to mention the wonderful service. We’ve eaten here more than once on our trip and thoroughly enjoyed the experience every time. Pricier than the average restaurant but worth it!

Vegetarian friendly Vietnamese restaurant. I often get their toasted rice dishes. One of the best mango sticky rice desserts in town. Can swing from very busy to quiet, I’ve never had trouble getting a seat. Also check out the Mediterranean place next door, owned by the same group.

Best food I've had in Vietnam so far. Staff was very friendly and recieved a free gift upon leaving. Decent price for how nice the food is.

We came to the restaurant for breakfast. It opens at 7: 30 am daily, quite early. We quickly got a table without reservation. There was only one other guest at that time, really quiet. Set menu was available such as banh mi or bun with coffee or coffee. Still very expensive compared to other place, 350K dong for 2 people. The bathrooms are in level 2 and 3 and very clean. Service was fast, no problem communicating with the servers.

Sevice, decoration and food are good. The price is for tourist and rich people. Anyway, the decoration is very impressive.

As someone from Manila and familiar with SEAsian fusion cuisine, Propaganda has been able to merge the bistro with Vietnamese flavors successfully. The result is a well-balanced menu in a venue with a great view. Choose from the basic carbs (rice, banh mi and noodles) while sipping fresh shakes at the al fresco. 4 stars, will definitely come back again and spread the truth in the propaganda.

We went here on Christmas eve for dinner and it was great! The chicken and shrimp rolls were the highlight. Food has big portions and Chicken Pho is delicious, great option for those who don't eat red meat

Excellent modern vietnamese food. Fantastic cocktails (30% off during HH 5-8pm). Staff is lovely and service is quick and smooth.

The decoraction is nice with wall murals on every side. The food was ok but nothing extraordinary. I can get the same or better where we leave (Sydney). The place was busy and the service was not the best. Other places in Saigon did not have this issue even though they were busy.

Highly recommend the pho and noodle bowls, as they are one of the best in town. The menu is extensive and there is something for everyone. They have vegetarian options as well, so be sure to ask them.

A great place to unwind for dinner after a long day of walking around the city. The staff shared great recommendations as well.

Came here twice during our stay in Vietnam! I really liked the forbidden rice dishes and beer options. The place is also decorated well and is lively with American tourists.
