Had a green egg match coffee during
busy hours which explains staff being forgetful of your order and below normal service. However, the beverage was very good but a bit overpriced when considering service can varies from time to time.

Quán thiết kế & decor đẹp mắt, nhìn sang trọng & ấm cúng. Các bàn cách nhau vừa đủ, ko gian ko bị vọng lại nên dù đông vẫn không bị ồn. Thích hợp để hẹn Khách hàng, đối tác bàn công việc.
Địa điểm ngay trung tâm Q1, gần nhiều khu office nên Khách hàng mình toàn ở khu vực này.
Nước uống được pha chế cẩn thận, bài trí bắt mắt, vị thanh vừa miệng, chất lượng.
Giá thì dĩ nhiên nhỉnh hơn các nơi khác, Hệ thống Runam là giá cao xưa giờ. Tầm 100-150k/phần nước. Để ngồi tiếp khách khu vực này thì cũng chấp nhận được.
Nhân viên ko quá niềm nở, nhiệt tình như các chuỗi đang nổi hiện nay nhưng có lẽ đây là phong cách phục vụ ở đây.

Quán nằm ở vị thế không rộng rãi là mấy.nhưng có vẻ hội tụ đầy đủ không gian đẹp, rộng và sạch sẽ bên trong.có nhân viên trông giữ xe trước cửa.nhưng có một nhân viên không thấy tươi trẻ là mấy khi ra order.

"Từ đầu bước vào đã thấy thái độ bảo vệ xem thường khách khi hất mặt lên rồi nhưng không muốn nói.

Nhìn chung cà phê ngon, nhân viên phục vụ cũng chu đáo nhưng nên đồng bộ với bảo vệ chút xíu.

Cà phê mình thích tự pha phiên tự uống, ngoài Vy thì chắc tiếp theo là Runam là nơi mình thường xuyên lui tới, tuy nhiên không phải là với thái độ phục vụ của bảo vệ như vậy. Con sâu làm rầu nồi canh.

À. Mà bảo vệ ơi, anh chỉ là bảo vệ thôi không phải vệ sĩ của tổng thống đâu, chấn chỉnh lại thái độ đi nhé. Hoặc tự kinh doanh đi để không ảnh hưởng người khác.

Hy vọng quán sẽ chấn chỉnh lại, 2* cho review để cho không bị ảnh hưởng của người sau. Sẽ chỉnh lại review nếu sau lần này tốt hơn

Đây là 1 điểm hèn họ có lẽ là khá lý tưởng vì không gian nhẹ nhàng ấm cúng và lịch sự, décor theo gam màu trầm nên mình rất thích, sang trọng. Từ không gian cho đến cách phục vụ mình đều cảm thấy thoải mái, nên ấn tượng từ khi bước vào rất tốt!
Về đồ ăn, được trình bày khá đẹp, bắt mắt. Chất lượng cũng ở mức khá tốt, đồ ăn mình thấy rất vừa miệng và tươi ngon.
Ngoài ra quán còn có cả trà, bánh. Nhất định sẽ quay lại đây để thử!

Global experience is not at the level of Runam Bistrot. Being in middle of D1, it could have cleaner environment and more friendly staff. To be improved.

Overpriced and food is nothing special as others have said they have a cockroch issues judging by the dead ones around the place. Also service could be better.

Comfy upstair, good kind of tea. They offer customer various kind of foods and drinks. The place looks nice and decent. They always have calm vibe surround the area so due to this fact, all things are a little bit more pricey than its quality.

Quiet place, but the service was slow. Took them 1-2 hrs for one dish. There's no order it was a mess, the waiters had no idea what they were doing. The food was average. You can do better. Therefore overall it's not worth the price of coming here.

Such a relaxing place in the heart of Saigon. 2 floors, lots of space with indoor and outdoor area at the second floor. The food is great (giving it 4 out of 5), drinks are really good (giving it 5 out of 5). They have cakes.

Waiting time was little long, but the drinks were delicious and looked nice highly recommend, the drinks i was having were raspberry smoothie, blue ocean, and egg coffee

I waited 35 min for an expresso and there was more employees than customers! And the price for an expresso is 75 000 dong. Wait 35mn for an expresso is incredible even if the price is less expensive. But the price is really expensive and when we pay that we expect a good service. I don't recommand people to go there. If you want to save your time and your money go to another place.

Little more pricey but very nice and cozy place. You can sit on the balcony or in overairconditioned room. Smoothies are very delicious.

This is such a wonderful place to have coffee in District 1. Many different atmospheres to enjoy, so can go frequently without tiring of the place. Coffee variety and very delicious. Nice sweets, too. Recent update.service is falling off.often only one wait staff for the entire restaurant resulting in loss of attention to the customer and slow service

The food was nice but when we went to pay they over charged us and when questioned they blamed it on a computer error, but wouldn’t adjust the bill to the correct amount.

+ They charge for wet wipes provided at the start of meal.

The place is extremely expensive, simple milk coffee cost 60k without vat and service charge, 2 coffee and banh flan will cost you 260k, furthermore nothing luxurious there, just ordinary coffee shop, wi fi does't work as well

Omg, I found a bug in my corn cake. A waitress came and told me just take the part having the bug out. Then, it’s ok to continue eating that cake. I think they need to learn about food safety before they open a restaurant.
