Khách sạn rất sang trọng và lịch sự có đầy đủ các phương tiện để cho khách đi chơi hay đi du lịch rất hợp với mọi người du khách gần xa hãy đi và trải nghiệm các nhân viên rất nhiệt tình phục vụ

Dịch vụ chăm sóc khách hàng thiếu chuyên nghiệp và nhân viên, lễ tân thiếu đào tạo. Suýt nữa làm cho khách hàng của tôi bị trễ chuyến bay. Kinh khủng.

Đó là một trải nghiệm tốt và vị trí đẹp. Người ta có thể đi dạo vào sáng sớm và tận hưởng vẻ đẹp của Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.

Đó là một trong những khách sạn tốt nhất ở Hồ Chí Minh.
Phòng thân thiện và rộng rãi, đặc biệt là sảnh câu lạc bộ, cũng rất đẹp.

This was the first time within the past three or four years that I have visited a well-known five-star facility. My friend took me over there we had a couple of drinks, listen to someone playing a piano, and did our own entertaining. If anyone has followed me on my YouTube channel (doctormason) you know that I normally don't spend money for five star facilities.

Great and excellent hotel in Saigon. The location and new facilities made me comfortable. I have a good buffet time and I like it.

5-star hotel with full amenities and best of best restaurants here. The lounge is transquill with Jazz music and the buffet Saigon Cafe restaurant is a must to try when you stay here.

Khách sạn có giá gửi xe đắt, nhân viên kiểm thẻ xe không nhiệt tình, toilet có giấy vệ sinh nhưng không có thùng rác làm khách bối rối

Khách sạn tốt, rộng rãi.
Phí đậu xe hơi cao. Tầng đỗ xe phải chạy vòng vòng như mê cung.
Có cafe nhà hàng ở tầng thượng, view cũng hấp dẫn.
Nơi tốt để tổ chức sự kiện.

I just visited casino. That was small but all casino similar in Vietnam. So i was satisfied so so.

While some might say that the rooms are a bit dated, they are still well maintained. It's a well-located hotel with helpful staff and tasty food options.

Superb Executive lounge catering. Great and tasty options, both breakfast and evening hours. Plenty of space, fast and friendly service.

I ve diner at 23 f loor "signature restaurant" a Real disaster. 2 hours to start. Very small restaurant and very cold

The rooms are big, but if you book rooms on the old tower, be specific about non smoking rooms. They have carpets, and the smell gets impregnated on everything.
Great breakfast. Great location.

Convenient location and spacious room. A little old and I was unfortunately put in a “refreshed smoking room”. Smell is not strong in the room but bad in the corridor. Slightly disappointed. Maybe it gets worst after the chain changed hands.
