Trang trí đẹp và các phòng thực sự tốt đẹp. Các phòng đều yên tĩnh ngay cả khi quay mặt ra đường nhưng khả năng cách âm giữa các phòng có thể được cải thiện một chút. Các nhân viên là những người chu đáo nhất trong số các khách sạn tôi từng ở và xứng đáng được khen ngợi vì điều đó. Lý do duy nhất tôi không thể cho 5 sao là vì phòng tập được trang bị quá tệ, có thể là trang bị kém nhất trong số các khách sạn 4 sao trở lên mà tôi từng ở. 1 máy cho cả xô và ngực sau đó là 2 máy chạy bộ và tạ nặng nhất là 7kg

To me Silverland is the primary hotel chain in Saigon. And the Sakyo is their Japanese district hotel. The hotel is a bit old, but the decorations, price/performance, and not least the amazing staff is absolutely amazing. English level is good overall. Absolutely recommended for a small expensive from the second you come to Vietnam

We really like this hotel. The service is amazing. We got free tea time with good food during staying here. Tea time is included in the room. All staff are very nice, polite and friendly. Location is very good. Easy to go to everywhere in district 1. Highly recommend to try this hotel. You will experience a best service from the staff.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in Nov and had such a pleasant stay with the hotel. The room, the service, the hospitality, high tea & breakfast were all above our expectation. Special thanks to both Hoang & Sam who provided excellent service to us. We will definitely come back again thanks to the entire staff here!

We had a fantastic stay at Silverland Sakyo and it was all thanks to the incredible staff: Anh, Tien, Sam, Quyen and Hoang! We saw their friendly faces everyday during our stay and they felt like good friends by the time we left. They were so amazing and helpful; they made our stay so comfortable and they gave us great recommendations for exploring Ho Chi Minh City. We also loved the hotels pho options for breakfast, and we appreciated the free airport transfer service! Highly recommend booking a stay here if you’re traveling in Ho Chi Minh City!

Service: Great shout out to the bell boy, Nguyen, extremely helpful, recommended their spa, lead us there, and i managed to secure only 1 slot as its full due to NY2023, I actually need 4 slots, then he took us to find other spa outside so I could secure another 3 more. Also Sam help us to translate Vietnamese to the street store lady outside the hotel every night, tried her sandwich. Hoang as well. All staff here are very friendly, congratulations. Definitely 5 stars service.

Room: The room was fine, except the toilet designed without shower curtain is weird. Water all over. Oh the bidet is heated, made me want to stay in toilet a little longer. Bed is big, average comfort. Lobby always smells great like in a spa.

Location: Japanese street. Tons of food. Attractions are within 1‐2km walk, which is fine.

Suprisingly good. I booked on a last min stay and most of my usual hotels were taken up. I chose this hotel due to proximity to my office and my favourite restaurant in Saigon. Didn’t expect much from it but was very pleasantly surprised.

Staff were amazing, especially the concierge. Location was great. Convenience store across the road and a heap of Japanese restaurants at your doorstep.

Pros:

1. Tons of japanese eateries and bars around the hotel

2. Staff were very service oriented which is a super plus. Kudos to concierge Sam who is able to communicate in mandarin!

3. Rooms are clean and tidy

Cons:

1. This area is a red light district area. They are pretty concealed from the main road which otherwise is alright if you walk along the main streets

2. The bath area in my room (I stayed in 707) does not have any doors and water will splash unnecessarily onto the room floor which is a design boo

3. Outdoor gym beside the pool is a waste of time. Machines don't seem to be working and would have been better if they just junk them and do away with the gym.

Overall, a nice hotel for the price. Would I stay again? Yes, for the service I received!

Great hotel, very clean and fantastic staff. They are very helpful. Comparing to Sofitel Saigon, the Silverland’s team and clearly better trained and giving a way better service. Definitely coming back there during my next visit! If you need any information, advices and even if you just want to talk, the receptionists are happy to help.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Room was so amazing fit with those kickass japanese toilets. Jacuzzi at the top floor was nice. And the bfast was woah. So was their tea time with nice live instrument music.

Highly recommended Japanese style hotel! Centrally located in District 1, about a 15 ride from the airport and within walking distance of banks, restaurants, markets, spas, and tourist attractions. Staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive to foreign travelers. My room was clean, comfortable, and safe. The colorful bathroom tiles, soaking tub, and bidet are a plus. I will stay at Sakyo again and again without hesitation!

One of the worst hotels I've been to I'm vietnam. Horrible design, slow elevators, no plugs next to beds, water pressure it terrible, cleaning service knocks on door at 8am and wakes you up. Not recommended at all

This place is awesome! The service is fenomenal and can not be beat. Andy is the best manager ever so nice and willing to go above and beyond to make you happy:)

Amazing stay here. Great service. District 1 has many Japanese restaurants around. Feels like a mini Tokyo.

Had a wonderful stay. Andy at the front desk is that guy to see to all your needs while staying. Massage service is wonderful. The rooms are clean, breakfast was amazing. The only thing of note is some rooms do not actually have a window but if your out enjoying the city this should be something easy to get past

A modest hotel and an excellent location.
The room was small and the toilet facilities are complicated, i stayed 4 nights in this hotel and everyday bad smell comes in the morning from the aeration, other than that the location of the hotel was good near to the downtown with great sightseeing and shopping.

This is my 2nd time to the hotel. Wonderful location for all the nearby spa. Service in the hotel is awesome too. Nothing more to complain, other than the steep steps as I didn't think is hard for my folks to climb up n down.
