They rejected us because we're not foreigners. There are a lot of empty tables inside and outside. Good luck with that kinda attitude.

“Eggs your way” can’t be done as an omelette. ‍️ staff literally said an omelette is impossible. I then asked if they can make a scramble and not scramble it: amazing.
Rest of the menu was okay. Place spacious enough with dirty sofas to sit on. Very unkept.

Great place in Thao Dien to have healthy food with great variety. They are also a bar with occasional live music and open mic at night. The drinks are not that good in my opion, a bit lacking in taste but I like the vibe!

Good coffee, nice vegan/veg food selection, great chill vibe. I spent a few hours there reading and blogging. Appreciated the relaxing time there.

I don't really use food and drinks here because I don't eat out a lot, I just ordered some beers and Bazan ciders. But there is a Vietnamese Speaking Club to talk to locals at 7pm-9pm, no free, just pay for your drink. At 7: 30pm, there is Mundo Lingo for people who want to exchange languages.

Soma is a truly an incredible, versatile place to grab some lunch, meet for cocktails or attend a special event. It buzzes with friendly waitstaff and a offers an outdoor garden with plenty of seating. If you enjoy eating healthy, you will love the menu, particularly the huge salad bowls with the most interesting assortment of fresh toppings and homemade dressings. We must have tried at least 3 different Soma salads during our recent visit to Vietnam! I could eat another one right now!

If cocktails are your thing, they’ve got you covered with an usual assortment of spirits, many made locally. Also, local kombucha. And the cookies are to die for. I could continue to rave about Soma but you should just trust me - try it!

Visited soma to check out one of their activity events, randomly decided to have lunch and it turned out really really good Tahini falafel was the best choice ever! Healthy ingredients and their dressing went well with everything. Very friendly staff and they also had an art exhibition on the second floor. It was small but definitely worth visiting. I loved it!

Almost finished my baguette, sat outside and about to oder some coffee and drinks for my family, then they just kicked us out because of the baguette. Not a smart and welcome way to send your customers away while could always ask gentle for a solution.

Great live music venue- intimate and friendly- saw Saigon Soul Revival last night there and it was fabulous!

Decent healthy food and drink choices.
They host different fairs and exhibitions so you feel like it changes all the time.
Outdoor sitting owns that Bali vibe with plants and rustic Boho setting, super cool tableware as well.
Good for a catch up soaked with sunlight.

So sad. We had been looking forward to trying this place out but had a really bad experience. We had to wait o long time to even get a menu only seeing one when we asked a waiter - 10 mins. Then we had to work hard to get any attention so we could order drinks. At that point we should have left as the staff appeared to busy to cope with the customers. However we ordered and 20 minutes later we were still waiting for food. I told them that they should cancel our order but they said it would only be 2 more minutes. When the food arrived 1 dish was fine. The other, crab scrambled eggs in a croissant were completely cold. It has clearly been sitting in the kitchen for ages and was terrible.
I feel sad to leave a bad review and hope this is not always the case. But will not be returning.
Two stars because some of the food was good but the service dreadful.
