Tất cả các bữa ăn đều rất ngon, nhân viên phục vụ rất chuyên nghiệp và lịch sự. Vợ chồng tôi từng sống ở Paris rất hài lòng. Đây là trải nghiệm tuyệt vời nhất tôi có được ở HCM.

Đồ ăn ngon, vừa miệng.mình gọi 1 duck confit, 1 hamburger bò và 1 mì cua.mì cua ăn rất ngon và béo, nhiều chesse, duck ăn bình thường chắc tại k quen, hamburger ok.quán đẹp vibe tây rất chill, phù hợp đi date.nhân viên take care khách tốt cần là hỗ trợ ngay.trong nhà không gian tối vs đơn điệu ngồi ngoài sẽ đẹp và chill hơn.giá tầm trung, món chính từ 3-600k

Phải ghé qua và ăn bánh pudding sô cô la của họ! Kết cấu tương tự như bánh hạnh nhân. Lớp nền ấm áp với kem vani mát lạnh bên trên khiến món ăn trở nên ngon hơn. Siêu sôcôla với hương vị đậm đà (nhưng không ngọt). Hãy thử cái này nếu bạn cần năng lượng cho món tráng miệng. Tôi tin rằng mình sẽ sớm quay lại Nhà máy lọc dầu!

Cho đến nay, một trong những nhà hàng tốt nhất ở Sài Gòn. Quán rượu kiểu Pháp cổ điển ở trung tâm châu Á. Một bộ sưu tập tuyệt vời các món bistro cổ điển, trong đó có nhiều món mang hơi hướng Việt Nam tinh tế. Danh sách rượu vang tuyệt vời, cocktail tuyệt vời và dịch vụ thân thiện nhưng thực sự chuyên nghiệp. Tiếng hét lớn với người quản lý, một quý ông đáng yêu, hiểu biết.
Đây là một chuyến thăm phải!

Nhìn chung, món chân vịt hầm rất tuyệt vời. Các món ăn khác ở mức trung bình nhưng vẫn đạt tiêu chuẩn khá.

Thật khó để làm sai ẩm thực Pháp.thực ra ẩm thực Pháp có thể khá phức tạp nhưng hiếm khi tìm được điểm dở!
và vì vậy nhà máy lọc dầu tiếp tục truyền thống với ẩm thực Pháp hảo hạng, nằm trong con hẻm 74 đường Hai Bà Trưng, ​​cùng với những nhà hàng chất lượng tốt khác.thực phẩm được bảo quản đạt tiêu chuẩn vệ sinh thực phẩm tốt.mạ tốt.thức ăn ngon.nội thất ở phía tối hơn và thân mật của sự vật.một bầu không khí sang trọng hơn

Bữa ăn bít tết tuyệt vời, dịch vụ tốt và bầu không khí thoải mái trong khu vực lịch sử của Sài Gòn… cơ sở đáng để ghé thăm và thưởng thức.

Good and quality ingredients. Though the taste of most of the dishes we order are really plan (no sauce, or very subtle, mild sauce that it feels like almost no sauce). Different than their taste few years ago. Wouldnt come back.

A little piece of France in downtown Saigon. Cosy and authentic with a great menu reasonably priced, excellent service and to die for desserts. I will savour the memory of the Beef Cheek Bourgogne I enjoyed for a very long time. We also tried the light and fluffy dark chocolate mousse, frozen cheese cake and Tiramisu made according to a traditional Italian master chef’s recipe - compliments to the French trained pastry chef. All the desserts are made on site and are definitely worth coming back for. Thanks for a lovely experience.

Came for lunch & sit outside, it’s very comfortable & relaxing - I really love the ambience & atmosphere.
Delicious lasagna, crepes with lemon while the seabass isn’t quite good. Acceptable price.
Will come back!

This place is in a place where they have a few other places to eat and it has outdoor seating and indoor seating as well. Romantic atmosphere with low lighting. A delicious Italian menu and food was great!

My fiancé and I had the most wonderful dining experience here and would call BS to all the negative reviews we read out here. The restaurant wasn’t too busy when we arrive at 7.30pm. The manager, Monsieur Khiam was courteous and got us the best seat in the house. The seat is facing the bar and easily for us to look at the daily specials on the whiteboard right beside us. The appetizer and wine pairing was served quickly to us and the servers were consistently checking on us if we needed anything. At the end of our meal, we were recommended to try their crepe which was presented to us live. It was a delight watching Khiam showing off his skills. We had the opportunity to try 2 different vodka shots fermented by Khiam himself for 2 weeks or more. I suppose, if you ask nicely, you can have a sample otherwise go ahead and ask for the manager’s pineapple cocktail. You will see a picture of the passionate Khiam explaining about his homemade drink and a picture of my fiancé and I taken by the bar. We had the pleasure learning more of the restaurant’s rich history by the owner, Noelle herself too and she was kind enough to give us some nice postcards of The Refinery as memory. In summary, food was excellent. And the hosts were the best. Pricing wise it was very fairly priced too!

That's great France Restaurant I haven't seen at Vietnam before! The lovely staff served us the best August Beef that super delicious! We ordered 2 cocktails at the bar station, Bartenders made them so good. I will be back here in my next holiday. Cheers The Refinery guys.

The Refinery serves a brunch every weekend. We chose to do the 385k "food only brunch" which consists of one fruit juice, one coffee or tea, one main dish (you can choose from 7 or so) and one dessert (choose from 5 or so), one assortment of bread, bagel, toast with cream cheese, honey, jam, marmelade, butter. With a price like that I get critical.

Our first pick for a main dish turned out to be finished. What a start right. I mean sure, we had this happen a dozen times already in Vietnam, but never at a more expensive restaurant where it's 1/7th of the menu.
The fresh juice (passion fruit) was sour and noticeably with a lot of added water.
In the assortment of bread the sourdough toast was very tough (toasted way too long and too long ago) and there was only 1 bagel for two persons.
Staff speaks limited English. We were helped by two waiters, both with such bad pronunciation that it caused a lot of confusion. Again this is not a big problem but not what I'd expect at an establishment like the Refinery.

The main dishes and desserts were very tasty, no complaints at all. Just delicious.

So all in all we expect a lot more for the prices asked. The dishes prepared in the kitchen is very good but simply toasting bread seems to be difficult to them (waiting staff does this perhaps?).

With some minor changes they'd create much more value and this would earn them two extra stars. Now I consider it very mediocre.

Beautiful food and beverages.

Really enjoyed the wine and meal, compliments to the chef.

Staff were polite and efficient, even when we took some time to choose what we wanted.

Great restaurant with lots of food and drink options. Unfortunately, they allow smoking inside so be prepared for a foul smell to go along with the fine food.

The service is getting worse and worse everytime I go there. I have been going to this restaurant for 7 years and the staffs attitude was never the best, but this recent visit was the worst. The male staff serving terrace area is soooooo arrogant and disrespectful to the customers! The other staffs were also unprofessional and undertrained.

Great modern Vietnamese food. Good service and attentive staff. We tried many of the specials and they were all delicious. I couldn’t fault anything.

French Bistro which is convenient for Lunch notably. Good selection of dishes and Set Menu + Day Specials
