YEN Sushi & Sake Pub

Came here for Sunday brunch with a few friends. We went to the 2nd floor where they have a sunken-table style of seating. Very chill vibe.

They have SO MANY food options! I ended up ordering the following:

1. Spicy Maguro Oshisushi (). Flavorful spicy salmon. Melt in your mouth kind of taste

2. Spicy Hosokiri Gyuniku Ishiyakidon (). Not bad but nothing special. Quite OK though.

3. Goma Azuki Ice Cream (). LOVED IT!

Price is a bit high though. For my own food I spent VND 450k+. But food was pretty OK. Service was nice. Vibe was great. So definitely not regretting it!

Quán to đẹp, đối diện Hokaido Sushi. Thiết kế mái bằng kính với nước chảy tạo ra sự thú vị cho bé. Mình cho bé đi ăn trưa. Món ăn ngon, đẹp mắt. Quán chu đáo và nhân viên lễ phép

Ngon cực kỳ luôn, đối với một đứa đam mê đồ Nhật như mình thì đồ ở đây cực kỳ xuất sắc. Không gian đẹp và sang trọng. Phục vụ tốt. Mình đã ghé rất nhiều lần rồi. Không quá xô bồ như hokkaido.

Fantastic Japanese food. IMO this is the best Japanese restaurant in town Fairly good service. Less crowded than Hokkaido. Highly recommended!

3 stars earned for the quality of food which was very good when we visited which was early evening.staff were attentive and pretty good.but the ordering system is terrible.why all of a sudden tablets are used for ordering I just dont get.its not customer centric at all and a great breeding ground to transfer Covid passing a tablet used by everyone. When you summarise your order or make changes it disappears off the screen but doesnt change in behind the screen you see, so you end up with food you dont want and not what you do want. The software is so buggy its pathetic and then the staff freak out because they get blamed.management and or owners.you have a serious issue affecting your customers experience and its very poor.throw your ordering system in the rubbish, its not good. A great night completely ruined.check your bill patrons.its likely to be wrong. Japanese patrons would be highly offended

Vey bad place. Change you for cleaning hands! We ordered 5 dishes. 2 arrived very quick. 3 arrived 40 minutes after we finished! Prices very high and service very very poor.

Đồ ăn rất ngon, sashimi tươi, cắt lát dày. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, thân thiện. Giá hơi cao, tuy nhiên xứng đáng với chất lượng.

I’ve been here more than 5 times because our family likes to go to Yen premium. But we will not comeback to Yen sushi. The service is chaotic and way too slow (it takes them 50’ to serve the final dishes we ordered for 1 adult and 2 kids. Besides the slow service, the food is under average compared to the sushi place across the street. The sauce used on their sushi rolls and the fish tastes like straight from bottle. The batter is thick and not crunchy. This problem has been going on for 2 years and it gets worse. 2 stars for the decor and politeness of the staff.

Nhân viên nhiệt tình nhưng chưa chuyên nghiệp lắm.

Nhiều món khác với các nhà hàng sushi khác. Giá cả thì tầm 1 triệu 4 trăm ngàn cho 2 người ăn, Giá bao gồm cả phí phục vụ.

Place to enjoy above average quality sashimi. Good decoration, very nice staff.

Their sushi and sashimi is fresh. Their Okonomiyaki is top notch.

This restaurant is a bit expensive but the food is prepared like works of art and tastes very good.

The food was really great, fresh, and delicious flavor. Space is also quite good. However, the service attitude is problematic, for Japanese food, the waiter should pay more attention on how to eat, what to use with what spices. Overall assessment is quite good.

Quán ngon, vị trí khá thuận tiện, đồ ăn cũng phong phú và đẹp mắt. Đặc biệt đi nhóm hay gia đình có thể chọn không gian phòng riêng, rất thoải mái

Lovely Japanese cuisines, love their sake bomb and sushi. Very fresh and they also have private room for your function and meetings.

Chất lượng hải sản tươi sống ở đây khá tốt. Nhưng ko hiểu vì điều gì mà mình ko mạnh miệng khi ăn ở đây lắm. Mình để ý thì ko thấy đầu bếp người Nhật ở quầy sushi như ở Hokkaido.

Món ăn đặc sắc, ngon miệng và đa dạng. Nhà hàng thiết kế hài hoà và có tính đặc trưng. Món ăn ưa thích là các món có gan ngỗng.

This place is across the street from the Saigon Square Market and we thought it would be a great place for a lunch. And we did not make a mistake. Excellent sushi of all kinds, great teriyaki salad, outstanding seafood, amazing service, beautiful interior, unforgettable ways of serving the food, affordable pricing. Simply the best Japanese restaurant we have visited in Ho Chi Minh City.

Nice decoration, nice view, fresh sashimi but a little bit expensive.
Service is too slow, me and my friend have to wait a long time even though it’s not a busy time.

Đồ uống hơi đắt. Sushi không có combo nhỏ để lựa chọn, chỉ có 1 combo lớn. Giá món ăn ổn với mức món Nhật nhưng với các bạn lần đầu ăn món Nhật thì sẽ hơi cao vì lựa chọn món phải có kinh nghiệm mới chọn dc món vừa phải với mức mình ăn. Không gian mang hướng màu sắc relax.
