Khách sạn rất đẹp phòng sẽ giá cả hợp lý nhân viên phục vụ nhiệt tình, vị trí gần mặt đường rất thuận lợi. Rất tuyệt vời có cơ hội nhất định mình sẽ quay lại.

Phòng và tất cả dịch vụ đều okay. Nhân viên nhiệt tình. Sát biển. Chỉ có đồ ăn hơi không hợp khẩu vị của mình.

Khách sạn rất đẹp phòng ốc sạch sẽ giá cả phải chăng, nhân viên phục vụ nhiệt tình, vị trí gần mặt đường rất thuận lợi. Rất tuyệt vời có cơ hội nhất định mình sẽ quay lại.

Khách sạn có vị trí rất đẹp gần biển, trục đường chính, khu mua sắm rất hợp để trải nghiệm cho mọi người.xứng đáng vì khi trải nghiệm

This is an excellent place to stay and I will most definitely stay there again on my next trip! The hosts are so very nice. I am in my 3rd week in Vietnam and I happened to get food poisoning, they went to the store for me and got me some medicine and came back up to my room, helped me figure out the dosing and brought me an extra blanket so I would be comfortable as possible while letting it go it’s course. The owner even gave me a hug this morning as I left and wished me well. Top class service and a truly caring group of people! ️

Ks ko tệ nhưng nhân viên buồng rất tệ, giao khăn ko đủ/thiếu, tới khi khách check out thì báo mất khăn, bắt khách bồi thường. Khách cho kiểm tra hành lý để tìm thì ko thấy. Làm ăn kiểu lươn lẹo vậy sao khá được. Không bao giờ quay lại.

We were very disappointed, it seems like the hotel was a big deal one day and now it is abandoned. Front desk was a ghost place, swimming pool work out place and sauna were closed or without any care, really abandoned dirt and dust. Very sad experience at in the front of our door a dead roach, it was the only hotel in our trip that ask for our passport to be held at a front desk witch i did not like at all because there was not receptionist 24 hours. Not working tv remote and a liking on the shower. Usually i do not right the bad things, but this is not what we were looking and reading from the reviews before we booked. Definitely the hotel needs some TLC and management.

"4 star hotel" a walk from the beach and local eateries.
We were satisfied with our room, the beds were comfy, with a tv and interesting glassed bathroom!
The hotel was not very busy, often lights were not on or the concierge was away, which we though was odd.
The rooftop pool was lovely, although during Oct/Nov it was very windy and albeit very empty, was overun with kids and families.
We were mostly disapointed with the spa facility being closed "under repair", which a main factor during booking at the hotel. When questioned, the hotel manager put it down to a low guests volume.
The gym is better than average, but by no means perfect, with the machine clunky or not working, and the, multigym in serious need of oiling.
We had good free WiFi throughout the building and it is in an ideal location, halfway along the beach.
It is unfortunate that the hotel has had to make cut backs to the quality of its "4 star" rating due to it being "low season", otherwise we may have considered staying again.

Mình có đặt phòng đơn với giường lớn qua Agoda nhưng khi nhận phòng thì bạn lễ tân nam lại bố trí phòng đơn giường đôi. Mình chưa hài lòng về dịch vụ của ks này.

Quay lại đặt phòng alana sau 6 năm và thấy dịch vụ đi xuống rất nhiều. Có thể do dịch covid nên ks cắt giảm tối đa chi phí. Ko có bảo vệ, sảnh k có điều hoà, đèn tắt khá nhiều để tiết kiệm điện nên tối om, thang máy và sảnh từng tầng cũng tối làm trẻ con nhà mình rất sợ. Khách tự mang hành lý nên phòng (cái này thì có thể thông cảm) nhưng đến hôm checkout, 3 nhân viên ngồi trong quầy (1 nữ, 2 nam mà mình vừa đẩy xe con nhỏ hơn tuổi, vừa kéo 4 cái valy từ trong ra ngoài để chờ taxi mà ko 1 ai giúp. Gia đình mình 1 năm đi ít nhất 1 lần, có năm 2 lần đến với nha trang nhưng với dịch vụ tại alana như vậy chắc m sẽ ko có ý định đặt và giới thiệu ai nữa. (Chuyến này m rủ thêm cả em đi cùng và đặt 4 phòng cùng lúc)

Alana Nha Trang is a superb boutique hotel situated a block and a half from the beach.

I stayed in an upgraded partial ocean view room on the 9th floor.

The service at this hotel is discrete and anticipatory, in the tradition of the best hotels.

There are a lot of little details here that add up to an exceptional, "understated" kind of luxury hotel.

The dark stone, glass, and wood combination throughout the hotel is very precisely and consistently applied. Even the elevators are quiet and do not have an annoying dong.

The rooftop bar and pool is stunning. Among the better views I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying.

The breakfast at "Cinnamon" was always enjoyable, and the service delivered there by the staff was consistently exceptional.

This is a great hotel that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. I cannot wait to return.

Khách sạn 4 sao nằm trên con đường Trần Quang Khải, với một chất lượng phục vụ tuyệt vời, check in check out nhanh chóng và nhiệt tình, hồ bơi đẹp và có thể trực tiếp ngắm ra biển, ngoài ra còn có khu vui chơi cho trẻ em với đầy đủ dụng cụ được chứng nhận an toàn sức khoẻ cho trẻ em, buổi tối các bạn có thể lên hồ bơi vừa gọi một món nước yêu thích vừa bơi và ngắm ra biển thì còn gì bằng. Khách sạn chuyên đón khách đoàn, nhưng lúc nào cũng để cả đoàn xe con dừng trước của. Xe đến đón khách đoàn k có chỗ dừng đỗ để đón khách trong khi guide đã nhờ lễ tân và bảo vệ ks hỗ trợ nhưng ko nhận đc sự hỗ trợ nào từ nv ks.

Situated off the main seaside drive, walking distant to most attractions including the famous night Market and some prominent landmarks. Convenient location even for late supper of porridge, Chinese flavour.

Now have summer holidays here and the hotel is fully booked mostly with families having many loud and naughty children.

Wonderful hotel and very friendly and welcoming staff. Our room was modern, clean and serviced daily. Staff were very approachable and helpful with all questions. Just a short walk to the beach and complimentary beach daybeds and towels available for hotel guests. Rooftop bar and pool were great too. Certainly can recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to stay in Nha Trang near the beach and shopping mall.

Hotel is great in all aspects except the shower /bath. Difficult to get in and out of and when having a shower water collects around the bath and drips onto the floor. Lovely big window next to the bath so everyone can look at you?

Great service and conveniently located. Perfect for the business traveler or family get away. Located a short walk from the beach restaurants and cafes.
