Khách sạn sạch sẽ và yên tĩnh. Để xe thoải mái phía sau và có cổng khóa nên rất yên tâm.

Khách sạn rất đẹp ở một vị trí rất thuận tiện. Dịch vụ tuyệt vời và bữa sáng rất ngon. Các bộ điều hành là rất tốt đẹp. Thanh tầng trên cùng cũng đẹp. Dịch vụ xuất sắc. Người gác cửa hướng dẫn viên rất hữu ích và nói một số quan. Phòng nghỉ tại khách sạn đều được trang bị máy điều hòa và tủ để quần áo. Nhân viên nói tiếng Việt và tiếng Anh tại lễ tân luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ du khách 24/24.

Tôi đã ở đây 2 đêm 13 và 14/5/2020 với gia đình. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, view biển tuyệt vời, nhân viên nhiệt tình chu đáo. Đi bộ 2 phút là ra biển quá thuận tiện. Bãi đậu xe oto rộng rãi. ĐẶC BIỆT: ĂN SÁNG NGON. NÓI CHUNG 10/10. Tôi sẽ giới thiệu bạn bè và người thân

Awesome place and fantastic view. The pool have a great view on the high and it great for picture if you want to get the whole city picture of Nha Trang

Okay, so I arrived really moody (or super sassy if you like), after 2 terrible hours on Viet public transport. After an initial misunderstanding, I was upgraded to a bigger room, with my preferred style bed, and the hotel staff went out of their way to satisfy my needs and improve my stay. And they did. The rooms are nice and clean, with all amenities. Staff is professional, friendly, speaks a sufficient English. There's a tour desk, but even after it closed, the receptionist took down all train times down for me, and offered to have the tickets brought to the room if necessary. Especially night manager, Mr Jack, was very entertaining and friendly (a lot of giggles) and helpful assuring access to the gym after hours, and Ms Maria who approached me during breakfast, and offered further assistance with my travel plans.

Overall, a solid four star hotel, above Vietnam average, recommended by a difficult and needy traveler who is hard made satisfied. Recommended. Will return.

Phòng nhỏ, không đẹp. Hồ bơi trên sân thượng bẩn. Lên để bơi nhưng phải quay về phòng vì nước rất bẩn.
Ko hiểu sao là ks 4*, nhưng cứ cảm giác cao lắm là đc 3* thôi

Khách sạn đẹp và mới, nhân viên lịch sự, thức ăn ngon, nếu đi xe hơi thì ra vào hơi bất tiện vì ks nằm trong hẻm.

False advertising of facilities. I do no recommend this place
Balcony was smaller than my toilet at home. Rooftop bar didn't sell alcohol. Breakfast was disgusting. Need I say more. Plenty but it just ruined my holiday. The locals were nice and very welcoming
