Không có nước nóng, cống bị tắc, nhiều ổ cắm không hoạt động và Wi-Fi rất chậm. Nếu không thì các phòng đều tốt.

Khách sạn 3 sao ngay trung tâm Phong Nha.
Ks lâu nên hơi cũ, ở tòa nhà mới bên ngoài thì mới hơn.
Buổi tối ko có lễ tân trực quầy.
Ăn sáng buffet ít món, món cháo trắng còn ko được hâm nóng.

Very clean, air conditioned, comfortable beds, great location. Not the best breakfast, but there are many restaurants and shops that are just a small walking distance away. I had a great time here!

Freezing cold showers. Cold rooms. Black Mold above the beds. Visible Mold in the stairwells. Staff were unable to help with concerns due to not being able to speak English.

The hotel have one area with old rooms and another for new rooms. The services are normal. The meeting room is also the restaurant too.

This is one of the most horrendous hotels I've ever stopped in.as your turn up just look at reception (thick dust all over it)

The rooms stink of damp, mold growing on the cellings, drains dont drain for your showers, bed sheets and towels with stains on them, fridge has mold growing inside and I felt like I was getting bitten in bed lastnight under the covers

DO NOT STOP HERE

breakfast is horrible - if you stop here a night you won't want to eat here.

I'm not even a moaning Karen either but this place needs shutting down

The hotel was located in a great position, however the room was really damp and humid: being asthmatic I woke up completely congested. Also there is an opportunity to have a window in room 211, facing the lake. Also, lots geckos in the room as well. Staff was nice though

We stayed at the hotel for one night in the deluxe room. The deluxe room was beautiful, the bed comfortable, the air conditioning was quiet and we slept well. Breakfast was included.

Vị trí tuyệt vời chỉ vài bước chân là ra tới bến tàu đi thăm động Phong Nha. Ks nằm bên sông, khung cảnh đẹp và thơ mộng lắm.
Phòng ốc sạch sẽ tuy nhiên ks này đã cũ rồi, có khi nắm cửa ko được trơn và cửa đóng mở ko dễ lắm. Khách sạn có nhà hàng tương đối rộng, tuy nhiên nấu ăn thì ko ngon lắm. Mình có đặt ăn trưa theo set và thấy cả nhà đều ko cảm thấy ngon miệng. Ăn sáng cũng nghèo nàn lắm.
Lễ Tân thì chu đáo, bạn cần gì họ sẽ hỗ trợ. Họ cũng sướng dẫn bạn đi chơi như nào và giúp bạn thuê xe.

Phòng ổn, giá phải chăng, nước và điều hòa mạnh tuy nhiên các bộ phận phục vụ phối hợp với nhau không tốt (lễ tân thông báo 6AM có ăn sáng nhưng thực tế giờ đó nhà hàng mới bắt đầu nổi lửa)

Located right on the river front with excellent views. Clean spacious rooms. The courtyard has plenty of seating with a foosball table and darts. It's close to a few highly rated restaurants. One of the best free buffet breakfasts I've had in Vietnam, with both western and viet options. They even let us shower after checking out and coming back from a day trip to the caves.

In a land where comfort to western standards is often hard to find, great hot water and soft bed. And this is its older hotel. Recommend
