Cửa hàng tuyệt vời! Vợ tôi và tôi không có ý định mua bất cứ thứ gì khi mới đến vì chúng tôi không có chỗ trong hành lý. Tuy nhiên, cuối cùng chúng tôi đã rời đi với nhiều mặt hàng. Tôi muốn giới thiệu những đôi bốt. Chúng tôi cũng mua một số túi da và bộ dụng cụ vệ sinh cá nhân. Chúng tôi yêu thích mọi thứ chúng tôi đã mua. Những người phụ nữ ở đó rất đáng yêu và rất có sức chứa. Những đôi giày họ làm cho chúng tôi trông thật đặc biệt và vừa vặn một cách hoàn hảo. Nếu bạn có thời gian ở Hội An, tôi sẽ ghé qua thăm và để lại điều gì đó tuyệt vời.

Dịch vụ tuyệt vời trong Ruby Ruby! Da được sử dụng mềm hơn da tôi đã chạm vào ở nơi khác, khiến chiếc túi này trở nên rất thoải mái khi chạm vào. Bố tôi rất vui khi nhận được chiếc túi màu xanh nước biển sẵn sàng này. Nhưng tất nhiên, cô Ruby cũng có thể đặt hàng, chỉ cần hỏi cô ấy thôi:)

Ngoài việc là một người tuyệt vời, Ruby còn làm ra những món đồ da tuyệt đẹp! Chị gái tôi và tôi đã tham gia vào một đề nghị và rời đi với nhiều hơn những gì chúng tôi dự định nhận được. Tôi có bàn chân rộng và thường bị hạn chế trong việc lựa chọn giày. Ruby và nhóm của cô ấy đã giúp chúng tôi thiết kế/tùy chỉnh các mặt hàng của mình và chuẩn bị sẵn các sản phẩm để chúng tôi dùng thử vào ngày hôm sau. Sau khi thử giày và một số điều chỉnh nhỏ, chúng tôi đã có được đôi giày đẹp vừa vặn với chân mình. Sau hơn một tháng, giày da thậm chí còn thoải mái hơn và trông vẫn đẹp! Tuyệt đối ghé thăm Ruby Ruby!

Thân thiện, dễ giải quyết và hữu ích, Ruby đã chinh phục chúng tôi bằng các đề xuất về thiết kế, giá cả và tốc độ giao hàng của cô ấy. Leather handmade shoes with great quality we had a pair of ankle boots and oxford shoes made based on our design requests, done in less than 24 hours.the shoes are really comfy with clean & tidy stitches.commutation barrier is very minimal, would highly recommend this leather shop to any international tourists

Prices are absurd. Quoted 600k Đông for off the rack sandals and 800k Đông for custom sandals. A rip off compared to the many shops willing to do it for 400k Đông with same quality and best workmanship. I understand we should support locals but please do not be scammed. We went to Đông Chau (24 Lei Loi) and were so impressed by the quality and quickness of the sandals and service. Please look around before going into the shops.

Very attentive and willing to serve the customer styles and requests. Reasonable pricing with mutual agreement. Quality and finish is good for formal and casual shoes.

I am a loyal long-time customer and fan of Ruby Ruby, and writing this review after 6 years of unmatched service and quality. This shop will likely exceed your expectations. I am a seasoned globe-trotter, and have not seen a better leather shop anywhere in the world. To back this up, let me share that I bought an office bag in the shop in Hoi An in 2017 while on holidays. Having arrived back in the Netherlands, I had a carry-on travel bag made and shipped to me in Europe. Today in 2023 the 6 year old bag still looks as new and is in perfect condition. I am in Ho Chi Minh City, and called Ruby a few days ago about a new large travel bag. She had it made and it just arrived in my hotel. I am already very happy with it. Thank you Ruby, for your quality service throughout the years. Highly recommended!

We found Ruby’s shop while walking through Hoi An. I wanted a new leather hat as I lost mine a few weeks prior. I asked Ruby to make a hat (my head is really big and combined with my dreadlocks it is barely possible to find a hat).
Ruby made an amazing hat and sent it to Ho-Chi-Minh city for a few Euros, everything worked great and I am really happy about the hat. Can totally recommend Ruby‘s shop
