Literally harassed by staff to pick up some gift pass, and they wouldn't leave me alone until I did it. Upon going in, they wouldnt give it, and didnt have it printed as sales staff had advised. Similar thing happened years ago and I just entertained it to see if they've changed. They absolutely havent. Predatory practices, cheesy decor (faux gold toilet bowls), and staff who wont leave you be. Avoid at all costs.

Came up with a magical number of 400k vnd for a single entry. Would have been happy to have paid this amount even though it is more expensive than any other country I have been to. Asked to see the prices on paper but the price for single day does not exist so she could not show it to me. I was not going to pay 400k into a employees pocket for one gym session.

Khuyên thật mng đừng trông đợi vào mấy buổi PT có sẵn trong gói tập. Lươn lẹo! Tập được 2 ngày thì các ngày sau kêu bận full ngày. Trong khi ngày nào mình cũng đi mà mấy ngày mới thấy mặt để tập cho 1 khách. Rồi hẹn lên hẹn xuống các giờ, sát giờ mình đến thì kêu bận kêu nhầm lịch làm mình phải tự tập. Các PT ở đây chỉ muốn bán buổi tập thôi (gần 1 triệu/buổi), k mua thì còn lâu mới nhiệt tình nha:) Mình đổi 4 PT rồi và đều gặp tình trạng như vậy. Nói chung dịch vụ PT ở đây hãm lắm. Thừa tiền cũng k mua PT có thái độ như vậy

Well, last time I was in the Gym, I saw shit floating in the Pool. Didn't seem to bother anyone too much so. The Bandages, yes Plural, in the Ice Bath did the Rest for me. The Manager is the slimmiest little Weasel I have ever encountered. I told him to try to fist himself after he had changed the oral Agreement on my Paper Contract. Little shit tried to double the agreed price. Boy am I happy he did that. At Elite now, where there are still too many Idiots trying to sell me shitbut at least there is no actual shit anywhere in the Gym.

Returned after the COVID lockdown today. PACKED gym, no social distancing, no hand sanitizer provided and guests not required to wear masks. I have been a very unhappy customer for over two years but am locked into a long term contract so cannot leave. Hygiene in the pool has always been a major concern as has the management but to now actually not follow health regulations is just too much. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS GYM. They do not care about the safety of their customers and are actually encouraging guests to bring friends for free following the lockdown instead of encouraging safe distancing. TERRIBLE business!

Chất lượng phục vụ quá kém. Nhân viên bán thẻ chỉ biết tìm mọi cách, chiêu trò để khách hàng mua thẻ bằng được. Còn huấn luyện viên thì tiếp cận khách để hướng dẫn mua gói tập có huấn luyện viên. Khi k được thì sẵn sàng bỏ rơi khách hàng.
Tôi đã mất tiền để dky làm thẻ và phải nộp trước 4 kỳ học. Sau 2 buổi tập luyện t đã bị bơ 1 cách trắng trợn.
Mong mọi người suy nghĩ kỹ trước những lời ngon ngọt và mời chào. để k bị lừa như tôi.

I had a very unpleasant experience here. My friend signed me in as a guest. I was given two towels to use and I went for a swim. I left one of the towels by the pool and someone else took it. The manager then insisted that I pay for the towel. I explained that I could not bring the towel with me at all times as I was swimming and didn't want the towel to get wet. But the manager (Sammy Nguyen) was very unpleasant and unsympathetic. I also showed the inside of my bag to demonstrate that I hadn't taken it myself but I really didn't care.
It's a very nice gym other than that but because of the bad experience I had I definitely won't be joining.

Tôi đang tập ở đây. Trrải nghiệm chất lượng càng ngày càng đi xuống, mùa đông có khi mất nước nóng, nv báo là do tòa nhà có sự cố. Mùa hè máy lọc nước uống hỏng 2-3 ngày chưa có ai sửa. Thỉnh thoảng bể bơi lại sửa chữa mấy ngày, sao k làm buổi tối để ko ảnh hưởng tới hội viên? Loa suốt ngày kêu không ngừng nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ mà chỉ thấy PT chăm sóc hội viên khi có ng đăng kí, 1 buổi tập với PT là 700k, k đăng kí thì chả ai giúp đỡ. Tôi đóng tiền tập ở đây hơn 20tr r nên phải tập cho nốt. Thêm phí gửi xe của tòa nhà là gần 800k 6 tháng vea tháng. Tính ra 1tr6 1 năm, cali chỉ hỗ trợ chỗ gửi xe free cho hội viên mua gói tập gần 200tr thôi. Phí học bơi 4tr 1 kiểu bơi nữa. Mà đóng băng thẻ mất 200k 1 lần mag phải có giấy xác nhận của bệnh viện. Vãi chưởng cái trung tâm này. K phù hợp với tầng lớp như mình. Và mình khuyên mọi người đừng nên tập, khổ và ức chế lắm. Hội viên ở đây kêu đầy, chẳng qua đóng tiền r nên cố tập nốt thôi

If there was a 0 star i would give to this place. What they need is just ask you to sign the contract and then gone you disappear in the service zone. My hard member card supposed to send to me long long Time ago, since March 28th the membership valid, until now that card is somewhere I dont know and no one give a sh*t about it. Never I would continue or suggest anyone to register here.

I swear reading other reviews in this “fitness reviews” was one of the most funniest thing I have ever done. I actually was laughing really hard.
Check all the one star reviews. They are all very true. And also very funny about this fitness unprofessional.
It made my day. Shitly I did sign a contract with them.

Same as buying a used car or motorbike, everyone lies, prices not honored and change, pay for parking. They love to rip off Vietnamese and western alike, it’s fun for them. Go anywhere but here, the club manager is the rudest worst liar of them all.

Nhân viên chỉ nhiệt tình khi muốn bán gói tập từ 2 đến 5 năm để thu tiền lấy doanh số và lợi nhuận. Tỏ thái độ và bỏ rơi khi khách tới mà ko mua ngay những gói tập kia.

An absolute disgrace of a place. I am lucky enough that my employer is paying for my membership and I had little choice in the matter but if I was foolish enough to sign up with my own money I would be gutted. I will be going elsewhere in a few months when my membership expires.

- Staff. Dozens of staff not doing very much. As I type this two of them are chasing each other around the reception. Staff are always standing around on their phones. They are also unable to tell me how much a membership costs. They make it up and try and squeeze as much money out of customers as possible.

- Lack of equipment. Believe it or not, this brand new "life enhancement centre" does not let members use foam rollers and rubber bands. Myself and a friend have been refused access to these fundamental items and I have actually had to purchase my own.

- Music. The music is far too loud and they play the same songs on repeat, none of which are particularly conducive or suitable to a gym environment. On some occasions I have heard the same Justin Bieber track 4 times within 60 minutes. I have spoken to the manager who has done nothing. I am still hearing Adele howling in my ear as I deadlift. There is also a lot of country and western music which was funny initially but not so much anymore when I am trying to workout. The volume is so loud that whenever I have my headphones on I can still hear the gym's music.

- Water. There is no water fountain anywhere in the gym except for the back of the changing rooms. Perhaps in between installing golden urinals and ridiculous golden statues they forgot about this. It's a reflection on the design and management of the gym - thoughtless and pretentious.

- Pool area. This is disgusting. Frequently there are items of food such as limes left in the shower area. The sauna and steam room are frequently broken and the door sometimes does not shut properly. The cheap wood in the sauna has started to break and it is quite dangerous. The pool area is also built without a lack of drainage so there is a cleaner constantly walking around and sweeping water. I have slipped on this water and injured my knee in this gym. The plunge pool is filthy and I have seen a dirty band aid/plaster left in it for over one week despite pointing this out to management. The design is also poor. Customers who go from the pool have to walk through a short section of the gym to get to the changing rooms and drip water everywhere increasing the hazards.

The only positive is that the equipment that you are allowed to use is new and of good quality. There are much better and cheaper alternatives in Hanoi such as Elite. I despise this gym and I feel sorry for people whenever I see them being duped into signing up. I hope more people see this review and do not come here. Do not give them your business.

Tôi đang tập ở đây, dịch vụ ngày càng xuống cấp, mới bắt đầu tập PT cứ ra mời dịch vụ, phiền phức lắm, tập 700k 1 buổi cơ. Có ngày mùa đông mất nước nóng để tắm ấy, có hôm bình uống nc 2-3 ngày, bể bơi k sửa buổi đêm, cứ đè ra giờ người ta tập đi sửa mấy ngày vẫn k sửa để hội viên dc uống nc, xong thẻ này chả quay lại nữa. Vé xe lại còn 1tr5 1 năm nữa, thêm thẻ tập 3 năm 22,5tr, 5 năm 50tr, tính thêm các phí lại phải 5-10 củ để tập nữa

I grabbed the 400k promotion for 1 month and decided not to sign up with them because of the following reasons:

1. The atmosphere and music are over the top pretentious. Fake gold urinals? Tacky as. Same EDM playlist so loud you can hear it through your own headphones.

2. No one helps you. This was the first time in along time I’d been back to the gym. It would’ve been nice for at least someone to show me around, made me feel comfortable operating machines etc

3. Weird staff. Rarely get a hello when entering, very stale, abrupt staff who are more interested in their instagram feed than you. The one time a trainer approached me I was on a treadmill halfway through a 5k interval run and continued to sell me his services as a trainer.

This being said I don’t think their target market is foreigners as all the tack, loud music might appeal to others does not do it for me.

Over priced, bargan hard (at most 13 mill for 24 months is an example of a good one), employees try to squeze the most out of you.
Personal trainers are very expensive, roughly 1 mill per sesion/day, most are just aren't very experienced.

Well-kept facilities and all the machines are properly functioning. There is a wide variety of equipment and weights. Customer service is pretty responsive and helpful. However, it's hot as hell in there and no one wipes down/ cleans their equipment after use which is super unhygienic with the amount of people that come in and out all day. There really isn't any encouragement from staff to do so either. They say they have the AC on all day, but it seems as though it's hotter in there than it is outside sometimes. Like all chain gyms, they're going to keep signing up new members regardless of that leading to a packed facility when most can go, so get your workout after 7pm if you can/ if you want some space. They also don't have a set price for membership, which I find shady. You have to sit down and discuss how long you'll be here, etc, so I assume they charge more the shorter your membership and/or if you're foreign. The cost seemed a little high for Hanoi, but it was decent and affordable. It would be nice if class descriptions were posted online, but schedules are readilyavailable every month.
