CrossFit Tay Ho

We did a drop-in on our last day in Vietnam. Best way to end our holidays!

The box is rather small and intimate wich gives it a very nice vibe. We understood they might move to a bigger place in the near future. Serves the box right with it’s number of members growing hard.

The coach worked up a good programme and maintained a good focus on form while motivating to push harder.

Total recommend!

Dropped in during my last few days in Hanoi. It's a great little box - cosy yet well equipped. Really friendly coaches and members, I felt welcomed immediately.
Unfortunately I still wasn't used to the humidity so I really suffered through the workouts but it was good to push myself in a tougher environment.

We visited here for three months back in February. The coaches here are so knowledgeable and great at giving feedback. They've done a fantastic job building a welcoming community. Everyone quickly made us feel right at home. With this being my first intro to CrossFit, the experience here made me love it! Highly recommend!

Thanks so much for welcoming me into this community during my brief stay in Hanoi! I was by far the least fit but still felt just as involved and met some really cool expats from all over the world.

Great trainers and well organized yet sinple fascilities. A fun and slightly competitive fitness community in Hanoi.

Was travelling in Hanoi and wanted to visit a box - this place did not disappoint. Rico, the trainer at the gym, was excellent - he gave very clear guidance on the movements and was quick to spot any room for improvement among us. Had a great time. In short: quality.

A small box for CrossFit fans! This box is small but, well equipped and the coaches are very nice! You can easily have a drop in and at good price. The coaches adapt all WOD for you level.
It is a unique CrossFit box in Hanoi!

Went twice during my trip to Hanoi. Karl, the coach is very friendly and really helpful. The members are super chatty n welcoming highly recommend.

It's small, but its the only game in town. Plus, coaches and regular members are very friendly and open to drop-ins.
