Rex Hotel

Our room is right under the bar and it feels like we are in the bar. Is this a hotel or a nightclub? We would like to sleep.

Khách sạn 5 sao, nằm ngay phố đi bộ Nguyến Huệ, bên kia đường là trụ sở UBND TP. HCM. Đây là khách sạn có bề dày lịch sử, quá trình xây dựng, cơi nới từ một gara ô tô để thành khách sạn 5 tầng 5 sao như hiện nay chứng kiến dòng lịch sự phát triển thăng trầm của Sài Gòn. Hiện Rex Hotel do Saigontourist quản lý.

Ngoài dịch vụ lưu trú 286 phòng cao cấp, phòng hội nghị đẳng cấp, dịch vụ tiệ cưới sang trongk thì điểm thú vị là hệ thống 2 hồ bơi và 5 nhà hàng. Trong đó nhà hàng ở sân thượng rất đã.

Khách sạn Rex là nơi chuyên tổ chức các khóa học chuyên sâu của Adam Khoo Education. Thế nên mình có ấn tượng rất tốt với nơi này. Các cô chú, anh chị nhân viên đều niềm nở, tận tình, xứng đáng với chất lượng 5*

Average hotel with reception that dont care and a concierge that is never at his desk. Not remotely a five star experience

Run down, hideous place. Everything from their lift, staircase, carpet are in extremely bad shape compared to central district hostels.
Have you ever been to a five star hotel that have stained floor, flooded, and air-con broken down once in a while?
Bad maintainance and unprofessional service comes at such high prices that I cannot comprehend how they still running this so call business.
The list goes on and on.
Final verdict is this place only meant for gov meeting/conference ect.cuz they qualified on the politics side.
The only thing that worth mentioning is its historic value that's all.

It is not anything close to 5 star hotel (compared to Park hyatt nearby) but centrally located and was originally old building and quite large.

Nice location in the city, but try to get a room not facing the street, it's too noisy with traffic constant honking all day and night.

Terrific hotel in the heart of Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City). Excellent service all around in this hotel well positioned so you can walk almost anywhere. Great restaurants and bars are nearby as is the Opera house, and the large pedestrian walkway.

Our room was lovely, king bed, wood floors, big shower. And if you like a great down pillow, this is the spot.

The spa is a great spot for a retreat from the busy streets. Great staff all there to offer a wide range of treatments.

The pool are is nice, but get out before 4, as the sun doesn’t hit much after that. There’s a small bar at the pool that does the trick.

And be sure to catch the morning buffet - it’s well worth it. Grab your morning bowl of fo, and and omelette, and then graze the endless food options, fresh breads and delectable fruits.

We didn't stay at the hotel, our tour took us to visit the iconic hotel, it's lobby and the famous roof top bar. I feel like I stepped back into Colonial Vietnam.

Khu vực hầm gửi xe bị mất một phần cho cơ quan nhà nước nên thường hay full nếu bạn đi sự kiện tại đây. Phải đi kiếm chỗ gần đó với giá khá cao.

The Rex Hotel is a phenomenal place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it. The rooms are nice, the employees are friendly and helpful and it feels very modern. The pool and gym are nice. The only downsides were they limit the bottles of water they give you for free (considering you can't drink from the tap, this is a little annoying) and the restaurants inside were a little pricey. Overall still a great experience.

Đi ăn ở Root top không gian cũng thoải mái, thức ăn ko ngon lắm, view ko đẹp lắm với lại ko có gió:)

Rex Hotel Saigon is a 5 star hotel, however it is the worst hotel I have ever been. You can’t use toilet at lobby unless you stay there. You have to buy something there to make you eligible to use their toilet even for a kid. The reception staff Thanh Thuy was very rude. Similar happened within 5 minutes to two families. Rubbish hotel and rubbish rule. Won’t recommend anybody stay in this hotel at all. Shame on you, Rex Hotel Saigon!

Khách sạn rất đẹp, nhân viên cũng khá thân thiện. Mình đi qua cửa cũng chỉ hỏi mình đi đâu chứ không dám kiểm tra. Tuy nhiên KS 5 sao mà đồ vải thay 4 ngày 1 lần xong để cái tag là "bảo vệ môi trường" "thay đổi". Mệt. Phòng đôi mà cho 1 lược, 1 dao cạo râu. Không có bánh và thư cảm ơn trong phòng như KS 5sao khác. Tầng 5 có bar và bể bơi, gym. Bar đồ nguội khá chán, thậm chí khô. Đồ ăn chỉ trung bình- khá. Mình sang Sheraton bên kia đường ăn đồ ăn khác hẳn!

The roof top restaurant is a great place for lunch. The people that serve you are fantastic and friendly, food and drinks fantastic, but the managers seem to do nothing and appear to just berate the hard working staff which is disconcerting
