Rex Hotel

Location cant be beaten. The hotel is older, but the rooms were quite ok. Standard hotel and clean. Drinks at the rooftop n6ar were extremely expensive. Not many people there. A great sense of history about the place. Service was a bit hit and miss.

Very spacious room, nice roof top restaurant and large gym room. Swimming is good as well though a bit short for proper lap (15m). The restaurant has some vegetarian options too

Very nice hotel. Staff is awesome! Breakfast buffet (included with stay) has lots of variety & tasty too. Close to the old Post Office. Comfy bed & the room has very good a/c. Very clean as well. I recommend.

Nice place, reminds you of taj in India. An old hotel with services and quality upgraded and maintained at current levels

Nice room, nice gym but the WiFi didn’t work well and the staff was unable to fix it. There was one electrical socket near the desk which used for the poorly functioning router. There were no working plugs next to the bed to plug in devices. Staff was polite though.

Steeped in history, reminds me of an old renovated hotel. Beautiful, but quirky as renovated buildings can be. Living wall, and 5th story restaurant and pool.

Visited the rooftop restaurant. Great atmosphere, food and music. Worth a visit. Great rooftop view.

Very clean, good breakfast buffet, each of the three days had different item on the menu. Room 410 is just below fifth floor which has a garden roof bar, can hear chairs being dragged or rearranged. Room was quiet from outside noise. Location one of the best.

Hotel is nice and clean. Had a problem with room drainage and they changed our room. Hotel location is good.

Room decor is little outdated but the building is part of historical artifact. Great service and very clean located in the heart of walking district.

The gym is a little outdated, breakfast is good and the rooftop bar has live music at night.

Luxurious-ish. Complimentary breakfast is good in terms of variety, could be better though in terms of taste. Service was polite, yet efficient. Only ended eating 3 plates of food. Room is roomy, beds comfortable, bathroom shower has nice overhead rain showerhead. Overall feel would be described as rustic comfort due to less modern furniture. Recommend utilizing pillow menu especially if staying alone since they offer a full size body pillow.
